在8月舉辦的2018中國(guó)國(guó)際智能產(chǎn)業(yè)博覽會(huì)上，南岸區(qū)、重慶經(jīng)開區(qū)簽訂21個(gè)招商項(xiàng)目，正式投資額331億元。

其中，大部分落戶中國(guó)智谷。

中國(guó)智谷是什么？它在哪里？為何有如此大的吸引力……

所以，這一次，我們走進(jìn)中國(guó)智谷，試圖從有限的落點(diǎn)切入，解碼一個(gè)“無限”的中國(guó)智谷。

2018年2月7日，中國(guó)智谷·重慶在南岸正式掛牌。

短短8個(gè)月時(shí)間，這個(gè)位于重慶南岸區(qū)江南新城科技園核心地段，總面積約93平方公里、核心區(qū)規(guī)劃面積僅2.48平方公里名叫中國(guó)智谷的地方，“露臉”之初即顯現(xiàn)出強(qiáng)大的產(chǎn)業(yè)爆發(fā)力，僅今年上半年，就帶動(dòng)南岸區(qū)大數(shù)據(jù)智能產(chǎn)業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)營(yíng)收410億元，其中智能硬件產(chǎn)值達(dá)到207億元。

中國(guó)智谷，并非傳統(tǒng)意義上的產(chǎn)業(yè)園。

它打破區(qū)域、空間，是一個(gè)真正共建共融共享的生態(tài)創(chuàng)新平臺(tái)，著力推動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、大數(shù)據(jù)、人工智能同實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)深度融合的生態(tài)圈。

比如，呈現(xiàn)在我們面前的“飛象工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)平臺(tái)”。換一種我們更熟悉的表達(dá)方式，這就是工業(yè)版的“天貓”。

黨的十九大報(bào)告提出，“推動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、大數(shù)據(jù)、人工智能和實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)深度融合”，著力建設(shè)新型智慧城市，加快工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)應(yīng)用創(chuàng)新步伐，促進(jìn)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)，推動(dòng)大數(shù)據(jù)與實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)融合發(fā)展。

在重慶制定的“八項(xiàng)行動(dòng)計(jì)劃”，排在第一位的就是“以大數(shù)據(jù)智能化為引領(lǐng)的創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略行動(dòng)計(jì)劃”。中國(guó)智谷的落地，無疑是把黨的十九大精神全面落實(shí)在重慶大地上的一個(gè)方面的詮釋。

大智入渝，虛懷若谷。未來十年，中國(guó)智谷或?qū)⒊蔀橐I(lǐng)重慶經(jīng)濟(jì)騰飛的起爆點(diǎn)，甚至成為更大范圍內(nèi)推動(dòng)創(chuàng)新發(fā)展的新增長(zhǎng)極。

Intelligence Valley · Chongqing was officially established in the Nan'an District of Chongqing on February 7, 2018.

Located in the core area of Jiangnan New City Science and Technology Park in Nan'an District, Chongqing, Intelligence Valley has the total coverage of 93 square kilometers and only 2.48 square kilometers of planned area as the core zone. Its formidable industrial explosive power has been revealed in the“virginal appearance”within just 8 months. In the first half of this year alone, it has led the big data intelligent industry of the Nan'an District to achieve revenue of 41 billion yuan, of which the output value of intelligent hardware reached 20.7 billion yuan.

Intelligence Valley is not a traditional industrial park.

It could break the barriers of region and space, and is an ecological innovation platform with co-construction, mutual integration and shared benefits. It is committed to promoting the ecological circle of deep integration of Internet, big data and artificial intelligence with the real economy.

For example, the construction of“Flying Elephant Industrial Internet Platform”. To make it more familiar, this is the industrial version of“Tmall”.

The report of the 19th Session of National Congress of the Communist Party of China has put forward that, we need“to promote the deep integration of the Internet, big data, artificial intelligence with the real economy”, and focus on building a new type of smart city,accelerate the pace of Internet of Things to apply the innovations,promote transformation and upgrading of regional economy, push forward the integration and development of big data with the real economy.

In the“Eight Action Plans”formulated in Chongqing,what ranked first can be the“The Action Plan for Innovationdriven Development Strategy Pioneered by Big Data and Smart Technology”. The establishment of Intelligence Valley in Chongqing is undoubtedly an interpretation of the Party’s spirit of the 19th Session of National Congress of the Communist Party of China.

The establishment of Intelligence Valley in Chongqing manifests that it conceives a mind as open as a valley to embrace all enterprises. In the next decade, Intelligence Valley will become the initiating point for leading the economic boom of Chongqing municipality, and even become a new growth pole to promote innovation and development on a larger scale.
