Abstract:Academic debates from Chinese scholars between the theory of “simultaneous success” and the theory of “one country’s triumph” about the socialist revolution have a long history. On the problem, most scholars have reached a consensus to a large degree, but some scholars still hold different opinions, which cause great discussion space. In recent years, the new bookAComparativeStudybetween“SimultaneousSuccess”and“OneCountry’sTriumph” by Yang Guiying and Li Xinhua thoroughly expounds the problem and clarifies a series of new viewpoints sharply different from YU Liangzao’s in theory, which are particularly illustrated in a series of significant theories on whether the socialist revolution is divided into two stages of political revolution and social revolution, on whether the October Revolution is classified into the socialist revolution or the preparation stage of that, on what fundamental differences are between the theory of one country’s being constructed and the theory of one country’s having been constructed. Therefore, it is of great theoretical significance and academic value to rearrange the relevant research results of the problem and carry out detailed comparative studies.

Abstract: The Monopoly Capital School has begun its analysis based on its understanding of social-economic situation as a point of departure and critically absorbed some related thoughts from John Maynard Keynes, and put forward the theory of monopoly capital to enrich the evolution of Marxist theory. The Great Depression bred the Keynesian revolution, and provided an opportunity for the historic encounter between Karl Marx and John Maynard Keynes at the stage of monopoly capitalism. The critical inheritance and development of Keynes by Monopoly Capital School show this historic encounter. This is not only a persistence of Marx’s fundamental stand, viewpoint and method, but also a critical absorption of economy at the stage of monopoly capitalism. It shows Marx’s return at stage of monopoly capitalism and helps to create new boundary of Marxism.

Abstract:Marx pointed out in his letter to Engels thatDasKapitalhad three new factors: surplus value, labor and wage. Classical political economics studies the special forms of surplus value such as rent, profit and interest, while Marx firstly studies the general form of surplus value; classical political economics simply analyzes labor, while Marx thinks labor has duality, and takes “the labor force” as his research object; classical political economics considers that wage is the price of buying labor, which is the commodity , while Marx analyzes the “relative wage”, regards wage as “unreasonable manifestation of a relationship”, namely the exploitative relationship of capitalism.Thinking about Marx’s discourse on three new factors inDasKapitalnot only helps us to clarify the essential difference between classical political economics andDasKapital, but helps us to understand the revolutionary nature ofDasKapitalas the science of the proletariat.

Abstract:In the context of country’s strong governance of network, the network steps into the age of post-truth and post political indifferentism which are equally important. Internet users who are based on personal feelings and conviction have a deconstruction, reorganization, spreading of the network ideological political information and form post social public opinion. The fake truth has become the typical characteristic of the post-truth. Political rightness has become opportunistic choice of Internet users. When post-truth and political indifferentism closely combine, it is involved in the politics in a false way, which affects or even destroies the healthy social public opinion, impacts the dominant position and leading role of mainstream ideology and break the dynamic balance of multi-ideology. Countries should make a adjustment according to the transformation of the main social contradiction, complete the transformation of social public opinion management, promote the healthy development of social public opinion, strengthen the attraction and guidance power of the mainstream ideology. Only in the way of rectification of the rule of law, democracy, fairness, morality, techniques, and regarding the rule of law as a fundamental goal for rectification, can the disorder of network public opinion be overcome.

Abstract:At this stage the “separation of rights”of agricultural land rights system is no longer a purely theoretical conception of policies and institutional planning vision, but becomes the basic direction of deepening the reform of rural land rights regime and ensures the realization of the national agricultural modernization, intensification established policy. Therefore, when discussing the farmland policy of “separation of rights”, it is necessary to change the ways that emphasized the significance and value of the policy by the scholars in the past or to tangled in rationality of the policy design of the contracting and management rights after the separation of the contractual management right. However, we should respond to the “separation of rights” of farmland from the perspective of law, revise and adjust the relevant laws concerning the reform of the farmland system, through rational interpretation of legal jurisprudence and design of laws and regulations to provide the most effective protection and basis for a new round of rural land system reform. On the basis of accurately understanding the spirit of the reform of the central agricultural land, summarizing and analyzing the scholars’ views in various fields, this paper considers that contracting rights are membership rights and management rights are usufruct rights. Based on this, we make it clear that the contracting management right of land is getting fainter and the transfer of the land management right is a kind of object status. Further, the legal system of farmland transfer is rectified, and the farmland levels are constructed with the mode of lease, transfer and mortgage transfer of rural land management as the main body, and the circulation market is prudently implemented of exchange, shareholding and trust transfer (the primary transfer and the re-transfer are synchronously guaranteed), so that to ensure an excellent advantage for the round of agricultural land reform system.

Abstract:It is basically the negative attitude toward the evaluation of the literary pursuit of ultimate value by the academic circles in the context of literary postmodernism. In fact, ultimate value is the essential value of literature, the basic element to maintain the human natures and the ontological element of human activities as well as the core concept to define the existence of human beings. Therefore, it means that they have totally denied not only the nature of human development but also the whole significance of the existence of postmodern literature. Honestly speaking, the winners of Nobel Prize in Literature since 1960s have adapted, in certain extent, the narrative strategies of postmodernism in their literary creation, showing certain features of postmodern literature and having eliminated the traditional way to pursue ultimate value by the former literary trends. But judging from the division of historic periods, inheritance and sublation of different literary trends as well as the expressions of the commendation award of Nobel Prize in literature, it is quite clear that the pursuit of ultimate value in the postmodern literature has not changed in nature, and it is also the basic principles for the winners of Nobel Prize in literature to pursue their ideas. It is their combining essentialism with constructivism in literary canonization that they have made their works become the modals to pursue ultimate value in the context of postmodernism.
