“一帶一路”倡議提出五年以來(lái)，從點(diǎn)及面，從構(gòu)想到實(shí)踐，所產(chǎn)生的影響超乎預(yù)期，給參與建設(shè)的相關(guān)國(guó)家和地區(qū)帶來(lái)了實(shí)實(shí)在在的利益。“一帶一路”科技創(chuàng)新行動(dòng)計(jì)劃的啟動(dòng)，更是開(kāi)啟了“一帶一路”國(guó)際科技合作的新航程。本期所發(fā)表的部分論文，如《中國(guó)天眼模型結(jié)構(gòu)的技術(shù)探究》《電力自動(dòng)化技術(shù)在電力工程中的應(yīng)用》《沙漠草方格鋪設(shè)機(jī)的計(jì)算機(jī)輔助設(shè)計(jì)》等論文的核心論點(diǎn)都具有一定的學(xué)術(shù)性和針對(duì)性。我們期待著能有更多的優(yōu)秀論文分享給讀者。

Remarkable progress has been made since the Belt and Road Initiative was put forward five years ago.It has brought tangible benefits to the participating countries and regions with impacts far exceeding expectations from concept to practice.The launch of the Belt and Road technology innovation action plan has opened up a new voyage of the Belt and Road international science and technology cooperation.Such papers published in this issue as Technical Research on Model Structure of Chinese “Sky Eye”,Application of Power Automation Technology in Electric Power Engineering and Computer Aided Design of Straw Checkerboard Sand Barriers Paving Machines,have certain academic and well targeted proposition.We look forward to sharing more excellent papers with readers.
