意大利總統(tǒng)塞爾焦?馬塔雷拉訪問重慶

Italian President Sergio Mattarella Visited Chongqing

2月21日至26日，應中國國家主席習近平邀請，意大利共和國總統(tǒng)塞爾焦?馬塔雷拉對中國進行了國事訪問。這是馬塔雷拉2015年當選總統(tǒng)后首次訪華，除在北京與中方領導人舉行會談外，他還前往上海、重慶及西安進行訪問。在此期間，中意經(jīng)貿論壇和文化論壇貫穿其中。意大利各界普遍認為，總統(tǒng)訪華將進一步推進意中兩國的友好關系，加強與深化兩國在各領域中的雙邊合作。

2月25日,塞爾焦?馬塔雷拉一行乘專機自上海來到重慶,開始在重慶的訪問活動。

From February 21 to 26,at the invitation of Chinese President Xi Jinping,Sergio Mattarella,the President of the Republic of Italian,paid a state visit to China.This was the first visit to China since Mattarella was elected president in 2015.In addition to holding talks with Chinese leaders in Beijing,he also visited Shanghai,Chongqing and Xi’an.China-Italian Economic and Trade Forum and Cultural Forum were held during this period.Italian people generally believe that the President’s visit to China would further promote the friendly relationship between the two countries,strengthening and deepening bilateral cooperation in various f elds.

On February 25,Sergio Mattarella and his party came to Chongqing from Shanghai by special plane and began his visit to Chongqing.
