近日,南航打造、由粉絲自發(fā)參與的“南航e行粉絲航班”——廣州飛往蘭卡威CZ6047啟程。這也是國內(nèi)民航首個(gè)粉絲航班。
“Explore Langkawi with someone fun” was the theme of this trip. China Southern created an inclusive travel programme, which covered fl ight tickets, hotel rooms and many other special services. Once it was made available online, the 100 seats sold out in 24 hours.
One of the programme's highlights was its check-in platform, which was both social and customized. Passengers were allowed to view the social information of their copassengers and decide whom to sit with. Some passengers called themselves“amateur photographers”, while others said they were “foodies”. Many participants were so pleasantly surprised at this new service that they screenshot the web page and shared it on WeChat expressing how much they looked forward to the trip.
The plane interior was specially decorated and even the broadcast information for this fl ight was tailored for the event. The fl ight lasted for three hours and 40 minutes, and the fans were fully entertained during the whole process. A news conference was held, which announced the exclusive information of the recruiting of China Southern's future activity - “China Southern Airlines Global Travelers”.Fans were also given useful tips from travelers that have covered the globe.Meanwhile, they had the chance to win special presents by interacting with cabin attendants and the captain.
The “fans' fl ight” arrived at Langkawi on September 12th. Led by the tour guides,fans were then shown around the island. The whole trip was fi lmed by China

What's more, China Southern has also requested the fans' travelogues of this special trip. The invitation says: “Whoever is on this fl ight must be daring and keen to try out new things. There is much to explore on this island, and I am sure you will have a great time here. When the trip is over, feel free to upload your travelogue - it will be useful information to us.”
The “Fans' Flight” lays solid ground for China Southern's future programme - “Co-Passengers' Social Platform”. The changes made to the check-in page this time was merely water-testing for the social platform, which will enable passengers to locate their friends online more easily, or invite their friends to travel together.

為了增強(qiáng)粉絲航班的社交屬性,此航班率先推出社交選座,支持旅客在選擇客艙座位的時(shí)候查看同機(jī)人的社交信息,誰攝影技術(shù)好,誰是行走的美食專家,與誰志趣相投,都可選擇與他同座,選座成功之后,大家紛紛截圖發(fā)朋友圈,大呼:“好玩!特別!對本次飛行充滿期待!”
粉絲航班的內(nèi)飾也會(huì)進(jìn)行特別布置、播報(bào)特別定制的廣播詞,3小時(shí)40分鐘的飛行過程中,粉絲們還見證特別的高空發(fā)布會(huì),不僅有第四季度旅行達(dá)人系列招募活動(dòng)的獨(dú)家消息提前披露,還有各路旅行達(dá)人分享環(huán)游世界的好故事,跟空姐機(jī)長近距離互動(dòng),贏精美禮品。
