摘 要:基于通用的NPE鎖模技術(shù)建成了摻Y(jié)b飛秒光纖激光器,在350 mW、975 nmLD泵浦下輸出100 mW的鎖模超短脈沖,中心波長(zhǎng)為1030 nm,經(jīng)過腔外壓縮后脈寬可以到55 fs。將這樣的飛秒光纖激光器作為光學(xué)頻率梳的核心單元,通過光纖放大、壓縮后射入自制的拉錐單模光纖中得到了接近3個(gè)光學(xué)倍頻程的超連續(xù)光譜展寬,并且基于這樣的光譜測(cè)量得到了飛秒脈沖ceo信號(hào)。

Abstract:We demonstrate the generation of carrier envelope offset frequency based on the tapered single-mode fiber supercontinuum spectrum in fs ytterbium fiber comb. A piece of standard single-mode fiber with 9um core diameter at the length of 90 mm was tapered into 3um core diameter in the middle of 10mm length to enhance the nonlinear effects. The 60% coupling efficiency for pulses with the centimeter wavelength of 1 030 nm and the power of 2.3 W at the repetition rate of 250 MHz was achieved and the generated SC spectrum covered more than one optical octave from 480 nm to 1400 nm. Then, using the high and low frequency components of this spectrum, we measured the carrier envelop offset frequency (ceo) by the standard f-2f interferometer. Near 30dB signal to noise ratio and 500kHz linewidth in 3 dB lower of the CEO beat signal has been got.
