心血管疾病正成為全世界人類的頭號死因,造成嚴重的社會、經(jīng)濟負擔。研究心血管病的發(fā)病機制并據(jù)此進行針對性的防治顯得尤為重要。生理狀態(tài)下,機械應(yīng)力在維持心臟正常的結(jié)構(gòu)和功能中起到重要作用,但是在病理狀態(tài)中出現(xiàn)的機械應(yīng)力超負荷卻是引起心肌重構(gòu)及心力衰竭的主要病因[1-2]。心臟在機械應(yīng)力超負荷的刺激下,早期產(chǎn)生適應(yīng)性心肌重構(gòu),以應(yīng)對增加的室壁應(yīng)力,常表現(xiàn)為心肌肥大、纖維組織增生、血管新生等;但如果機械應(yīng)力超負荷持續(xù)存在,心臟將逐漸進入失代償期,心肌重構(gòu)加劇,最終演變成心力衰竭。

例如,為使學生正確理解電場線、場強、電勢差之間的關(guān)系,教師在短視頻中要求學生牢記以下內(nèi)容:(1)電場線從正電荷或無窮遠處發(fā)出,到負電荷或無窮遠處結(jié)束.(2)電場線越密,場強越大,粒子受到的電場力越大;(3)非勻強電場中場強越大,電勢差越大.在視頻結(jié)尾,教師給出以下題目,要求學生思考解答:

首先使用水利普查基層登記臺賬管理系統(tǒng)菜單中的“對象清查清查瀏覽”功能,點擊業(yè)務(wù)分類的每一項,通過“導出EXCEL”功能,分別形成與Q201~Q803內(nèi)容對應(yīng)的24張瀏覽表,如表Q201(水庫工程)導出名為“VIEW_Q201_0.XLS”。為了避免數(shù)據(jù)的無序性和方便后面的操作,應(yīng)在軟件中先按水利普查自動生成的編碼排序后再導出數(shù)據(jù)。

本組兩例患者均診斷為SAP繼發(fā)胰周壞死組織感染,經(jīng)微創(chuàng)穿刺治療后痊愈出院,后并未出現(xiàn)AP復發(fā),但2年多后再發(fā)胰腺尾部假性囊腫。這種遲發(fā)的PPC的成因并不明確,結(jié)合臨床及實驗室檢查分析,考慮為首次AP發(fā)作致胰腺組織破壞后胰腺包膜未完全愈合,可能殘余微小胰瘺,此時胰管與腹腔相通,少量胰液間斷外滲至腹腔間隙,引發(fā)局部組織增生、包裹,積液形成。隨著囊腫形成及機體修復,內(nèi)瘺逐漸阻塞,胰管與囊腫不再相通[9-11],最終形成囊腫。此兩例患者提醒我們SAP臨床治愈后可能存在微小胰瘺,長期滲出但癥狀不明顯,直至形成PPC,時間較長,故應(yīng)增加對患者的隨訪頻率,
