智能化 連續(xù)化 短流程

目前，紡織企業(yè)正處在轉(zhuǎn)型升級的關(guān)鍵時期。面對勞動力資本上漲、原料價格波動的現(xiàn)狀，紡織企業(yè)通過使用自動化、連續(xù)化設(shè)備，實現(xiàn)了減少用工、提高生產(chǎn)率、穩(wěn)定產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量等目標。

同時，紡織機械行業(yè)“十三五”發(fā)展指導(dǎo)性意見中提到，“十三五”期間，紡紗機械將開展智能化、連續(xù)化紡紗關(guān)鍵技術(shù)的研究與成套裝備的開發(fā)，完成紡紗設(shè)備硬件的自動化聯(lián)接，實現(xiàn)紡紗設(shè)備全流程硬件的聯(lián)通和智能化運行，進一步減少生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場操作人數(shù)，降低工人的勞動強度，提高生產(chǎn)效率，降低生產(chǎn)運行成本，實現(xiàn)夜間無人值守。

從指導(dǎo)性意見中可以看出，智能化、連續(xù)化仍會成為未來幾年紡紗設(shè)備的發(fā)展趨勢和方向，除此之外，紡紗設(shè)備的短流程化需求會越來越大，為了達到這個目的，傳統(tǒng)紡紗設(shè)備將會盡可能出現(xiàn)不同工序的聯(lián)接。

新型紡紗設(shè)備方面，全自動轉(zhuǎn)杯紡紗機和渦流紡紗機將被更多用戶企業(yè)逐漸接受。轉(zhuǎn)杯紡全自動接頭成功率和接頭效率將會進一步得到提升，渦流紡噴嘴系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計和紡紗與制造工藝將進一步得到提升，紡紗錠差等問題將得到進一步解決和提升。

In terms of new spinning equipment， automatic rotor spinning machine and vortex spinning machine will be gradually accepted by more user companies. Rotor spinning automatic joint success rate and joint efficiency will be further enhanced， while vortex spinning nozzle system structure design and spinning and manufacturing process will be further improved， and poor spindles and other issues will be further resolved and improved.
