常州宏大世界領(lǐng)先“智能整緯整花一體機”是如何打造的?

近30 年來,他憑借自主創(chuàng)新,占據(jù)了紡織、印染電氣控制技術(shù)和市場的制高點。他依靠腳踏實地換來了累累碩果:短短幾年內(nèi)公司不僅成為了國內(nèi)極具規(guī)模、極具實力、專業(yè)從事紡織及染整智能化控制技術(shù)產(chǎn)品研發(fā)與制造的國家級高新技術(shù)企業(yè),而且還獲得了國家印染數(shù)字化系統(tǒng)技術(shù)研發(fā)中心、國家工信部“兩化融合”試點示范企業(yè)等榮譽稱號。他就是常州宏大科技(集團)有限公司董事長顧仁。宏大公司是如何實現(xiàn)逆市上漲的?企業(yè)產(chǎn)品引領(lǐng)市場的秘訣又是什么?帶著這些問題本刊記者采訪了公司董事長顧仁。
《中國紡織》:技術(shù)研發(fā)一直是宏大科技的最大優(yōu)勢,您能簡單介紹一下關(guān)于世界領(lǐng)先的智能整緯整花一體機的詳細情況嗎?
顧仁:織物在加工過程中,常常會出現(xiàn)緯彎緯斜,過去通過光電整緯進行調(diào)整,但是隨著市場需求的不斷變化,織物組織越來越復(fù)雜,客戶對設(shè)備的要求也越來越高。比如,提花等織物形成花型以后,只檢查緯紗直不直顯然就不夠了,那么花型正不正該怎么檢測呢?針對客戶這種需求,我們發(fā)明了擁有自主知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的HVMC-15 系列智能整緯整花一體機,可以檢查復(fù)雜組織織物的花型正不正。霍克威視系列智能整花整緯機首次在全球解決了印花布、提花布、蕾絲布等梭織和針織等面料花型變形無法校正的難題。
這種整緯機應(yīng)用視覺檢測技術(shù),側(cè)重于機器識別。它采用了世界首創(chuàng)的全幅掃描整緯整花技術(shù)和大于2000個檢測點的工業(yè)相機智能成像技術(shù),真正實現(xiàn)了對織物緯向紋理的精確檢測,徹底結(jié)束了紡織行業(yè)只能整緯不能整花的時代。目前,它已成功應(yīng)用在色織、家紡、雪紡、沙發(fā)布、窗簾布、數(shù)碼熱轉(zhuǎn)移印花等多個領(lǐng)域,并在國內(nèi)多家知名印染企業(yè)成功使用,收效顯著。
《中國紡織》:除了生產(chǎn)、研制智能整緯整花一體機外,公司還在推廣哪些領(lǐng)先技術(shù)和裝備?
顧仁:我們一直是做自動化產(chǎn)品的,目前主要還是在做印染設(shè)備,棉紡設(shè)備占比例不大,大概占20%左右,印染設(shè)備大概占比70%左右,還有其他部分占比10%左右。
目前,宏大科技公司裝備、技術(shù)已經(jīng)涉及從紡紗、坯布到印花產(chǎn)品的多個生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié)和工序。我們從事印染裝備的研發(fā)、生產(chǎn)已經(jīng)近28年歷史了,產(chǎn)品主要集中在關(guān)鍵工藝參數(shù)在線檢測和全流程自動化、智能化等領(lǐng)域。我們推出了一系列印花、染色等自動化、智能化產(chǎn)品,如定型機自動超喂及智能緯密測控系統(tǒng),前處理、后整理助劑自動稱量與輸送系
統(tǒng)、智能密度儀,PH自動萃取儀等。這些產(chǎn)品屬于“十三五”期間推廣的六條智能化生產(chǎn)示范線范疇。我們研制的智能化印染生產(chǎn)線實現(xiàn)了投料、配料等全流程、智能化生產(chǎn)。目前,公司主要生產(chǎn)設(shè)備和軟件控制系統(tǒng),但更多的是做設(shè)備內(nèi)部的控制設(shè)備,這些控制系統(tǒng)或者與主機配套,或者為用戶設(shè)備改造提升。同時,們還研制生產(chǎn)數(shù)碼印花專用設(shè)備,比如智能切毛邊切機、恒張力送布、恒張力收卷機等,該系列產(chǎn)品已與MS等國際產(chǎn)品成功配套。
《中國紡織》:近期,市場需求已經(jīng)發(fā)生了變化,公司在未來的產(chǎn)品研發(fā)方面有哪些重點?
顧仁:今后企業(yè)的開發(fā)重點仍然要圍繞智能化的主題展開,除了印染以外,我們還做紡紗過程中的單錠檢測,控制紗線的斷頭、捻度。這樣做的主要目的是降低人的勞動強度,人工不用巡回去看哪個錠子紗線斷了。哪個錠子紗線斷頭了,系統(tǒng)會告訴操作工,操作工去接一下就可以了。這是一方面。第二方面,一個10萬錠的車間,我們一般認為錠子的轉(zhuǎn)速是一致的,實際上并不是這樣,它們之間有差異,究竟這種差異符不符合工藝設(shè)計的要求,一般操作人員、技術(shù)人員都不清楚,但是裝了這個系統(tǒng)以后,操作人員馬上知道了。哪個錠超過了要求指標(biāo)的范圍了,就需要維護、維修了。
Changzhou Hongda How to build the world’s leading intelligent weft-straightening and warping & pattern arranging frame?
In the past 30 years, he has occupied the commanding heights of technology and market of textile and dyeing & printing industry with independent innovation. He relied on down-to-earth dedication for fruitful achievements. The company has become not only national high-tech enterprises with very size and strength,specialized in the R&D and manufacturing of textile and dyeing and finishing intelligent control technology, and also won the honors of “integration of IT and industrialization” pilot demonstration enterprises of national printing and dyeing digital system technology R&D center and Chinese Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. He is Gu Ren,chairman of Changzhou Hongda Technology (Group). How does Hongda company achieve rise in a falling market? What is the key of products to leading the market?The reporter interviews him with these issues.
China Textile: Technology research and development has been the greatest advantage of Hondda company, so can you introduce the details about the world’s leading intelligent weft-straightening and warping & pattern arranging frame?
Gu Ren: In the maching process,it often appears weft bending and skewing, with adjustment by photoelectric abb finishing in the past, but with the everchanging market demand, the fabric is more and more complex and customers’ requirements of the equipment are also more and more high. For example, after fabric like jacquard weave forms pattern, it’s inadequate just to check the straightness of weft yarn, then how to detect the straightness of pattern? In terms of customers’demands, we have HVMC-15 series intelligent weft-straightening and warping & pattern arranging frame with independent intellectual property rights. Hawk vision series of intelligent weft-straightening and warping & pattern arranging frame solves the distortion problems of print fabric,jacquard cloth, lace fabric and other woven and knitted fabric for the first time in the world.
China Textile: In addition to the production and development of intelligent weft-straightening and warping & pattern arranging frame, what leading technology and equipment are the company promoting?
Gu Ren: We have been engaged in the R&D and production of dyeing and printing equipment for nearly 28 years,and production is mainly concentrated in key process parameters online testing and automation of the whole process, intelligent and other fields. We launch a series of automated and intelligent products, such as setter automatic overfeeding and intelligent weft density control system, intelligent density instrument, PH automatic extraction instrument etc.. The intelligent dye ing and printing production line realizes automatic production in the whole process. At present, the main production is equipment and software control system, but more is inside control equipment, which is matched with the host or for upgrading of equipment.
China Textile: Recently, market demand has changed, what are the focuses of the company on the R&D of products?
Gu Ren: The company will still focus on intelligent in the future. In addition to dyeing and printing, we also have done the single spindle detection to control yarn breakage and twist. The main purpose is to reduce labor intensity. The system will display which spindle with yarn breakage, and the operator just needs to pick it up. We generally think that the speed of 100 thousand spindles is consistent, but in fact, there are differences among them. General operators and technicists are not clear whether the difference meet the requirement of process design, but operators immediately know with this system. It needs to be maintained and repaired, if the spindle exceeds the scope of the required target.
