Born in Tianjin City in 1948， Li Baocun is a member of Chinese Artists Association， deputy director of Watercolor Painting Artistic Committee， Xinjiang Artists Association， honorable president of Urumqi Artists Association and national first-level artist etc. He has devoted himself to the creation of watercolor paintings for several decades and achieved great success. Many of his artworks have been collected by famous museums and organizations， which received high praise from many celebrities worldwide. Besides， various TVs and media have ever reported his story.

李保存，藝名李寶存，1948年10月出生于天津薊縣。中國美術(shù)家協(xié)會會員，新疆美術(shù)家協(xié)會水彩畫藝委會副主任，新疆兵團美術(shù)家協(xié)會烏魯木齊市美協(xié)名譽主席，國家一級美術(shù)師。

擅長水彩畫、油畫、中國畫。作品多次參加國際、全國及省市級美展并獲獎。百余幅作品在各類報刊發(fā)表；北京、天津、上海、香港、杭州、山東、新疆等諸多報刊以專版或?qū)ｎ}介紹其作品和繪畫風格。數(shù)十幅作品被美術(shù)館及國內(nèi)外組織和機構(gòu)收藏。藝術(shù)傳略被載入數(shù)十部大型辭著。1987、1989、1994、2002、2010、2013、2016年分別舉辦個人畫展，得到一致好評。執(zhí)筆編撰新疆中學美術(shù)教材一、三、五冊。2003、2004、2010年新疆電視臺制作并播放了專題片《彩筆溢心香——畫家李保存》、《李保存的水彩藝術(shù)》和《用筆墨燃燒真情的畫家》。
