近日，我國(guó)公安部“獵狐行動(dòng)”首次從法國(guó)引渡一名逃犯?！矮C狐”原是英國(guó)等西方國(guó)家的傳統(tǒng)狩獵活動(dòng)。英語譯為fox　hunting 或fox hunt。例如：在英格蘭和威爾士，用獵犬獵狐始于16世紀(jì)，以一種合法實(shí)施的形式延續(xù)至2005 年。Fox hunting　with hounds originated in the 16th century,in a form which was practised legally, until 2005, in England and Wales.

有些貪官和經(jīng)濟(jì)犯罪嫌疑人像狐貍一樣狡猾(as sly as a fox)，潛逃國(guó)外?！疤臃浮?，譯為fugitive，意思是one who has escaped　or is running away from somewhere and is　trying to avoid being caught。例如： 近年來，中國(guó)有關(guān)部門已采取積極行動(dòng)抓捕潛逃國(guó)外的經(jīng)濟(jì)逃犯。In recently years, Chinese authorities have taken active actions　to capture overseas economic fugitives.

狐貍再狡猾，也斗不過好獵手。中國(guó)公安部為緝捕在逃境外經(jīng)濟(jì)犯罪嫌疑人，開展名為“獵狐行動(dòng)”的專項(xiàng)行動(dòng)?！矮C狐行動(dòng)”譯為“Fox Hunt”operation 或“Fox　Hunt”campaign，例如：“獵狐行動(dòng)”的目標(biāo)是逃離我國(guó)的貪官和經(jīng)濟(jì)犯罪嫌疑人。The “Fox Hunt” operation targets corrupt　officials and suspected economic criminals　who have fled the country.

“引渡”指“主權(quán)國(guó)家將逃亡在其境內(nèi)的外國(guó)罪犯轉(zhuǎn)交給要求審判該罪犯的另一國(guó)的行為”。英語譯為to extradite。例如：2015年，這名中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)逃犯被西班牙警方抓獲，后被引渡回中國(guó)。In 2015,the Chinese economic fugitive was caught by the　Spanish police and extradited to China.

“遣返回國(guó)”，英語譯為to repatriate，意思是to send sb back to their own country。例如：一名甘肅省經(jīng)濟(jì)逃犯已通過中越兩國(guó)公安部門合作而成功從越南遣返回國(guó)。An economic fugitive from Gansu Province has been successfully repatriated from　Vietnam through the cooperation of the two　countriespolice authorities.▲
