新加坡 Sandcrawler 是一幢高 9 層高的綜合建筑，是世界知名電影及娛樂公司盧卡斯影業(yè)的區(qū)域總部和制作基地。

項(xiàng)目總體規(guī)劃的原則嚴(yán)格規(guī)定了限高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和退線，也控制了圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)最低的體量要求，故此設(shè)計(jì)不僅需要應(yīng)對(duì)這些原則，還要在保留總部大樓公共開放特征的同時(shí)，滿足不同的要求。最終的設(shè)計(jì)為尖端收窄的“馬蹄鐵”形狀布局，從而使平均得房率超過 80%。

大樓內(nèi)部建造出一個(gè)百人劇院，提供電影放映、舞臺(tái)表演及其他活動(dòng)的場地。該設(shè)施被安置在大樓高層的中央，位于大樓租戶空間以下，以確保其使用的便捷性。透過金屬質(zhì)感的外立面從外部看，劇院顯得若隱若現(xiàn)；而站在中央庭院，這一設(shè)施則清晰地躍然眼前。這樣的趣味也使大樓突顯與其他企業(yè)辦公樓的不同。

Sandcrawler is a nine-storey complex and the new regional headquarters and production base for Lucasflm Singapore.

The master planning guidelines for the development are strictly defned， restricting the height envelope and setbacks. They also laid out the minimum amount of mass required on the enclosure. The design tackled such guidelines， fulfilling various requirements yet retaining a strong civic identity for this headquarters building. The result is a tapering ‘horseshoe' foor plan which achieves an average net to gross area efciency of over 80%.

Inside the building there is a 100-seat theatre for screenings， performances and other events. The facility is located in the middle of the vessel on the upper levels， immediately below the leased tenant spaces，to ensure convenience. Slightly visible through the metallic fa?ade from the outside and openly visible to the courtyard， this feature diferentiates the building from other corporate ofce buildings.
