In 1926， Newt Scamander arrives at the Magical Congress of the United States of America for a meeting with an important official. Accidentally， he released dangerous creatures from a briefcase. It sends the American wizarding authorities after Newt. Newt battles to correct the mistake， and eliminates1 the instability2 between wizards and Muggles （non-magical people）.
