硫酸化金屬氧化物固體酸催化劑的研究進展

概述了國內外金屬氧化物負載硫酸根固體酸催化劑研究進展及其改性研究。展望了固體酸催化劑在酯化反應在其今后的研究發(fā)展方向。
在化工生產(chǎn)過程中,用非均相的固體酸催化劑替代均相的液體酸催化劑將會使反應體系中催化劑的分離更加容易,使連續(xù)操作成為可能,同時實現(xiàn)催化劑的回收和再利用。此類固體超強酸催化劑不含鹵素、無污染,具有制備簡單、不腐蝕反應裝置、熱穩(wěn)定性好、環(huán)境友好、可回收再利用、高溫穩(wěn)定等優(yōu)點,是一類很有應用潛力的新型綠色催化材料,為開發(fā)環(huán)境友好的有機合成過程提供了新的機遇。越來越多獨特的高催化性和選擇性的固體酸催化劑將開發(fā)為實用的催化劑,成為 21 世紀的最佳“綠色”酯化反應催化劑。
