養(yǎng)生養(yǎng)老 休閑度假四面山：全市唯一“富硒富氧”旅游度假勝地

四面山創(chuàng)建5A不是終點，而是一個新的起點。

2015年4月21日，《重慶市避暑休閑地產(chǎn)規(guī)劃（2014-2020）》出臺，四面山旅游度假區(qū)被列入全市優(yōu)先集中成片打造的8個片區(qū)之一。四面山將以成功創(chuàng)建國家5A級旅游景區(qū)為契機，進(jìn)一步提升景區(qū)軟硬件水平，加快四面山度假區(qū)建設(shè)，全力打造重慶市重要的都市休閑度假旅游勝地。

目前，四面山旅游度假區(qū)已獲批3.5平方公里建設(shè)用地空間，在8個片區(qū)所涉及各區(qū)縣中是最多的。

四面山旅游度假區(qū)究竟有哪些資源和優(yōu)勢呢？

距離主城最近：1小時直達(dá)四面山

四面山旅游度假區(qū)地處江津南部，云貴高原大婁山北坡余脈，北距重慶主城中央商務(wù)區(qū)100公里，江津主城70公里，西鄰四川宜賓、瀘州地區(qū)，東靠貴州遵義地區(qū)，位于渝川黔旅游“金三角”核心圈層，西北部為佛寶國家森林公園，西南部為赤水國家級風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)，南部為習(xí)水國家森林公園，共同形成中國西南地區(qū)面積最廣、旅游資源最豐富的“旅游金三角”。

2014年6月，江（津）習(xí)（水）高速公路已開工建設(shè)，預(yù)計2016年建成通車。屆時，重慶主城到四面山車程將由現(xiàn)在的2.5小時縮短為1小時。由此，江津四面山旅游度假區(qū)將成為距離重慶主城最近的市級旅游度假區(qū)。

據(jù)稱，江習(xí)高速公路項目是重慶市“三環(huán)十二射七聯(lián)線”中的第11條射線，起于江津至四川合江高速公路刁家互通，接入貴州習(xí)水縣寨壩鎮(zhèn)兩路口，全長128公里（重慶段長65公里，貴州段長63公里）。這條公路在大四面山景區(qū)設(shè)有4個互通口，分別為中山、傅家、四面山和四屏互通，其中四面山互通連接四面山核心風(fēng)景區(qū)，四屏互通連接四面山旅游度假區(qū)核心區(qū)四屏鎮(zhèn)。

近年來，隨著服務(wù)和享受型消費比重不斷提高，居民住房需求已逐步由單一居住型向品質(zhì)型、功能型需求轉(zhuǎn)變。加之重慶夏季高溫持續(xù)時間長，避暑休閑已成為居民主導(dǎo)性休閑需求。四面山作為距離主城最近的旅游度假區(qū)，背靠重慶大都市，自然具有更大的市場需求，是發(fā)展避暑休閑地產(chǎn)的首選之地。

富硒富氧 養(yǎng)生養(yǎng)老

重慶四面山旅游度假區(qū)于2014年2月被重慶市人民政府評為首批十大市級旅游度假區(qū)之一，規(guī)劃面積38.13平方公里，規(guī)劃人口12萬。

四面山夏季氣溫25℃左右，森林覆蓋率高達(dá)95.8%，是重慶唯一、全國少有的集山水于一身的旅游度假勝地。四面山旅游度假區(qū)核心區(qū)所在的四屏鎮(zhèn)，不僅高度在海拔1000至1300米之間，森林植被茂密，每立方厘米空氣中負(fù)氧離子最高含量達(dá)2.9萬個，是少有的一塊高山臺地，是最宜人、最舒適的避暑勝地。

四面山不僅“山好、水好”，而且“富硒、富氧”的稀缺資源備受關(guān)注。中科院地化所花費1年時間對江津的富硒資源進(jìn)行普查，發(fā)現(xiàn)江津九成以上土壤達(dá)中硒以上水平，是全市富硒資源最豐富的區(qū)域，四面山90%以上的土壤富含硒元素。

豐富的森林資源與水土資源使四面山成為全市唯一的“富硒富氧”旅游度假區(qū)。2012年，江津被授牌“中國長壽之鄉(xiāng)”。如此，四面山旅游度假區(qū)具有重大的健康養(yǎng)生價值，是人們養(yǎng)生養(yǎng)老的最佳去所。

為此，四面山將依托度假區(qū)的富硒、富氧等資源，著力打造養(yǎng)生養(yǎng)老、醫(yī)療健康、休閑度假以及富硒產(chǎn)業(yè)等多元化的生態(tài)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈，讓更多人享受健康生活。

“這里有全國聞名的擁有雙胞胎最多的村--青堰村（一百多戶人家中有38對雙胞胎），享譽海外的‘愛情天梯’的傳奇故事也誕生于此。”目前，度假區(qū)正在敲定一批休閑度假項目，將以自然生態(tài)和愛情、雙胞胎村等文化資源為基礎(chǔ)，以富硒和長壽為核心優(yōu)勢，打造健康產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈。

休閑度假耍事多

四面山不僅能養(yǎng)生養(yǎng)老，還可以休閑度假。據(jù)介紹，四面山度假區(qū)在圍繞滿足旅客養(yǎng)生養(yǎng)老需要的同時，在休閑度假上也下足了功夫。

度假區(qū)將開發(fā)建設(shè)以避暑度假、運動休閑、康體養(yǎng)生、登山健身、森林養(yǎng)生為主的休閑度假項目。如建好星級酒店、養(yǎng)老中心、會展中心、劇院、音樂廳、電影院、高爾夫練習(xí)場、賽馬、溜冰、跳傘、射擊、水上游樂中心、攀巖、登山、釣魚等娛樂活動場所，滿足游客豐富多彩的休閑度假生活。

此外，四屏鎮(zhèn)還正在洽談并引進(jìn)冰世界、愛情體驗、康體運動、山地兒童游樂場和滑雪項目等為代表的眾多主題游樂項目，打造“高品質(zhì)”旅游度假區(qū)。

四屏鎮(zhèn)主要負(fù)責(zé)人表示，度假區(qū)將瞄準(zhǔn)國際精品旅游度假小鎮(zhèn)目標(biāo)，滿足現(xiàn)代人享受“品質(zhì)生活、安逸生活”的各項需求。

未來，四面山度假區(qū)將集山水特色小城鎮(zhèn)觀光、主題體驗游憩、生態(tài)度假休閑為一體，充分尊重天然的自然景觀，讓建筑從山生出、從林生出，“城在山中、房在林中、人在景中”，為游客提供一個與自然相容共生的自然生態(tài)居所。

建設(shè)大幕已全面拉開

現(xiàn)在，四面山旅游度假區(qū)建設(shè)的大幕已全面拉開。

在基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)上，近20公里的“鳳四”公路東線、3公里王梨公路、10公里四面組團(tuán)干線公路、2.6公里江習(xí)高速四屏互通至四面組團(tuán)快速連接線公路、4公里四面組團(tuán)內(nèi)市政干線公路和筆架山、玄武山城市公園及3個城市廣場已全面完成前期工作，部分項目已開工建設(shè)；變電站、自來水廠、天然氣站、污水處理廠等設(shè)施已全面完成前期工作，即將開工建設(shè)。

在招商引資上，已有中電建集團(tuán)、中建總公司、金科集團(tuán)、香港南華集團(tuán)、重慶第三人民醫(yī)院等數(shù)十家企事業(yè)單位前來實地考察和洽談。其中，四屏鎮(zhèn)已采取PPP模式，引入重慶外貿(mào)集團(tuán)，該集團(tuán)將采取“融資+EPC”方式對度假區(qū)項目進(jìn)行建設(shè)，其中2015年6月融資16億元用于基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)。

記者在四屏鎮(zhèn)了解到，農(nóng)貿(mào)市場、公廁等公共基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施于2015 年4月底前主體工程已完成90%；度假區(qū)內(nèi)場鎮(zhèn)風(fēng)貌改造工程正在進(jìn)行中，風(fēng)貌立面墻清理工作已經(jīng)完成，嶄新的場鎮(zhèn)風(fēng)貌已初見成效；耗資5000萬元的天然氣配氣站、污水處理廠、自來水廠、變電站等已立項進(jìn)入設(shè)計規(guī)劃中，今年將陸續(xù)開工建設(shè)，預(yù)計明年逐一修建完成；新建、增建的通訊設(shè)施、加油站、停車場，以及醫(yī)院、學(xué)校等公共設(shè)施項目都已進(jìn)入立項設(shè)計中，并排上了議事日程，全面拉開了戰(zhàn)幕。

四屏鎮(zhèn)主要負(fù)責(zé)人表示，四面山旅游度假區(qū)目標(biāo)在3～5年內(nèi)打造重慶市民第一生態(tài)居所，5～10年內(nèi)打造國際精品旅游度假小鎮(zhèn)，并力爭三到五年內(nèi)創(chuàng)建為“國家級旅游度假區(qū)”。

October 15thof 2015 was a sleepless day for Jiangjin people because the National Tourism Resource Planning and Development Evaluation Committee announced that the Simian Mountain scenic area was authorized as a 5A national tourist attraction in Jiangjin，Chongqing. The long-expected dream of Jiangjin people was fi nally turned into reality.

Exploited in 1985， the scenic attraction was named as one of the third-batch national key landscape spots in 1994 and as a 4A national tourist attraction in 2006. And now 30 years has passed before the Simian Mountain scenic area in Jiangjin District earned its reputation as a 5A national tourist attraction and step on the third stage of development.

Thus it is indeed a great pleasure for Chongqing that Simian Mountain emerges as a new 5A national attraction. But for the tourists， how can they enjoy themselves in Simian Mountain， the youngest 5A national tourist attraction located in Chongqing？ Under the organization of Foreign and Overseas Chinese Affairs Offi ce of Chongqing Municipal People's Government， this press as the only foreign publicity media in Chongqing had participated in the interview team that is formed by a number of overseas media in Chongqing，including NIKKEI， Singapore Morning Post， HK Commercial Daily，Hong Kong Ta Kung Pao， and Wenhui News， to explore and feel the distinctive features of Simian Mountain on November， 5th.

A rough image about the Simian Mountain

Life in Chongqing is to live in mountains. Lying at the southwestern part of Chongqing， the Simian Mountain scenic area is 130 kilometers away from downtown of Chongqing and 90 kilometers from the main area of Jiangjin District. As part of the north mountain range of Dalou Moutain in Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau， it belongs to the so-called inverted mountain in geology.

Our interview team drove cars from the downtown of Chongqing to Jiangjin District and then followed the old routine to go uphill（Tourist will have no need to follow our routine in the next year because it only takes 1 hour from downtown to the place by Jiangjin-Xishui Expressway）. Ambling along the winding mountain road， we could feel the pervading mist shrouding around the mountains and see the green trees along the way. Leisurely we relished in the dark outlines of mountain from near and far， breathing in the air from the secluded and boundless mountains and feeling the free from burdening city life. In the night， we settled down in the mountains and everyone was greedily breathing in the fresh air full of negative oxygen ion.

Covering a territory of 213.37 square kilometers， the Simian Mountain is a land of longevity and abundant selenium. Blessed with unique landscape， superior environment and rich tourism resources，it is defi nitely a destination for leisure vocation that worth traveling.

Generally speaking， the landscape features of Simian Mountain may be concluded as the following aspects： “mysterious mountain”，“unique waters”， “red rocks” and “profound cultural heritage”.

—Mysterious mountain： With an altitude between 560 meters and 1709.4 meters， the average temperature of Simian Mountain is 13.7℃ and 22-25℃ in summer time. The forest coverage is 95.8%， making it the only largest and most wellpreserved subtropical evergreen broad-leaved forest band in 28 degrees north latitude. As one of the areas that boast abundant vegetation， clean water and air， the place is the habitat of early 2600 varieties of rare animals and plants including dipteris chinensis， tree fern， taxus chinensis， macaque， Chinese giant salamander， Chinese merganser， and babina adenopleura. So it is praised as the “natural gene bank of species”.

—Unique waters： the area has 8 lakes whose altitude are above 800 meters. Those lakes covering a water area as large as 5 square kilometers have formed a grand cluster of lakes by mountains. The negative oxygen ion per unit has reached 29 thousand and 80% of the water area has met the highest level of water quality evaluation. Besides， the area also boasts a group of waterfalls represented by the “highest waterfall in China”， Wangxiangtai Waterfall， which earns it the title “a land of untold waterfalls”. In terms of vertical drop height， 3 of them have reached above 100 meters， while 11 and 37 of them have been over 80 meters and 50 meters respectively.

—Red rock： Blessed with unique geographical location and features， the Simian Mountain has formed 107 geographical relics sites including the rare one consisting of “Danxia red cliff”， urn-shaped valley”， and “waterfalls by mountains”. The Danxia landform represented by Tudishenyan scenic area grew in the jiaguan formation stratum in the late Cretaceous Period 65 to 96 million years ago. Thus it has great importance in the world natural heritage. The rock mural， known as the“the amazing rock in Asia”， is 376 meters long and 127 meters wide， covering an area of approximately 50 thousand square meters.

—Profound cultural heritage： Simian Mountain preserves cultural heritages including the grey cliff frescos with a history of more than 5000 years， the cultural relic of Taoism——Chaoyuan Temple， the southwestern war field of the War Against Bandits——Wenjia Village， and the first manor in Southwest China——Huilongzhuang. Moreover， the love culture embodied by the “Love Ladder” and “the heart of the world” has important value in history and culture.

Appendix： Events of Simian Mountain

Confi rmed as natural reserve of Chongqing in 1988 Evaluated as one of the third-batch national tourist attractions in 1994 Evaluated as a 4A national tourist attraction in 2006 Evaluated in 2011 as a photography base and one of the top 10 scenic spots that attract Chinese Internet users； The Wangxiangtai Waterfall of the scenic area was in the list of “top 10 beautiful waterfalls in China”； Hongdong Village was awarded as “National Famous Tourism Village with Characteristic Landscape” while Simian Mountain Village as “Demonstration Site of Rural Tourism and Leisure Agriculture”. “The Love Ladder” won the tile as one of the top 10 classical love stories in contemporary China. In 2013， the drive-ins campsite in Simian Mountain was titled as one of the “Top 10 campsites for self-driving travel”In 2014， Simian Mountain was honored as one of the first-batch municipal tourist resorts in Chongqing and “the World-renowned Landscape of Chinese Cultural Tourism”In 2015， it was honored as a “National Demonstration Area of Eco-tourism”， “Forest Oxygen Bar of China”，and “National 5A Tourist Attraction”.

Following the step of a tourist guide of Simian Mountain， which boasts fi ve main scenic areas including Wangxiangtai， Tudiyan， Longtan Lake， Honghai and Pearl Lake ，our interview team winded through the zigzag mountain trail and walked into the various amazing core scenic areas to enjoy the landscape， take photos and have fun.

The highest waterfall in China—Wangxiangtai scenic area

158 meters in height and 48 meters in width， the Wangxiangtai waterfall is so far the one that has the longest single-tier drop height. Thus it is reputed as the “highest waterfall in China” as well as one of the “top ten beautiful waterfalls in China”. It is also the most spectacular one among the waterfalls in Simian Mountain scenic area. The Danxia mural which surrounds the waterfall and which looks extremely like the shape of a heart is the largest natural heart-like Danxia landscape by waterfall in the globe and is also known as the “ No.1 heart-like scene in the world”. Meanwhile， the waterfall has been facilitated with advanced sound and light technologies which make it the fi rst large waterfall landscape accessible to tourists at night.

Hanging in the midair， the Wangxiangtai Waterfall rushes down like a galaxy with thunderous sound that shocks the valleys and brings up mists that feel like the rolling dust with charging warriors. On each side of the waterfall， there are two ivory airfl ows fl oating and vanishing in the sky. Rainbows and purple vapor in the sunlight are everchanging when one watches them f r o m d i f f e r e n t perspectives. And a plank road is built at the mountainside，from which tourists may take a detour to the back of the waterfall. It is really amazing to see such a giant water curtain cave.

Seeing from afar， the epitome of the waterfall gives a feeling of peril at once amazement. Among disordered cliffs，the water ragingly splashes on the rocks and falls down to become a gentle stream. However， it is the majestic momentum of ten thousand galloping horses it brings that lingers in one's mind for long and long.

The valuable world's heritage— Tudiyan scenic area

Danxia landform is a term given by a Chinese scholar. The stratum it belongs to is called “red bed” in the international community of geography， which is composed of glutenite formed by uneven stratiform of iron and calcium. Most widely distributed in China， the landform also exists in Western United States， central Europe， and Australia. Owing to the outstanding values of the Chinese Danxia landform in geosciences，biology， ecology and landscape aesthetics， the Chinese Danxia landform successfully won the application for world natural heritage in August， 2010.

The Danxia landform in Simian Mountian was formed by neotectonic movement that happened at the turn between the Jurassic Period and the Cretaceous Period. After intermittent rise and several times of pause， varied and crisscrossed gully systems including canyon， escarpment， and rivers took shape. And that bestows the special landscape of Simian Mountian. Around the basin， the oxidization process in the mountain rocks rich in iron makes the sediment red and forms the amazing geological landscape on the Danxia red cliffs such as Tudiyan and the “No.1 heart-like scene in the world”.

The mural of Tudiyan is 376 meters long and 127 meters high. Covering an area of nearly 50 thousand square meters，it is surely typical of complete infancy Danxia landform that enjoys the fame as “the amazing rock in Asia”. It really makes one amazed and inspired that， with different hues of rock，the Mother Nature has drawn on the mural a variety of vivid paintings that feel like the reflection in a lake， including thecartoon fi gure Effendi， belles， and rolls of books.

Set off by the red cliffs， a satin that is clean and white falls down. That's the Tudiyan Waterfall. 89 meters high and 25 meters wide， the waterfall is surrounded by red cliffs on three sides， hanging among the green woods and red rocks. In great harmony with the giant picture of Danxia red cliff， the waterfall has thus formed a next-to-none landscape composed of mountains overlooking a valley where a waterfall roaring down to woods that are refl ected in a beautiful lake.

Natural lake by mountains—Longtan Lake scenic area

Adjac ent to the gate of Simian Mountain and the steep cliffs and luxurious woods of Huaping Mountain，the Longtan Lake，w h i c h i s 3 0 0 0 meters in length，22 meters in depth and 900 meters in altitude， is a natural lake by mountains. Cast your eyes on the lake and you will fi nd the water is so bright and limpid that the refl ected woods seem to be growing under the lake.

If you take a boat floating on the lake， you will not only have the opportunity to relish in the romance of “riding on the shivering waves of the half green lake with departing sunbeams and vernal gentle breeze”， but also to enjoy the waterfall basking in the wind， fi shes fl ying in the lake as well as monkeys hanging around the wild forest.

A wonderland on earth—Honghai scenic area

With an altitude of 1200 meters， a length of 6000 meters，a width between 10 to 30 meters and a depth of 20 meters，the Honghai scenic area in Simian Mountain consists of two lakes called the Big Honghai and the Small Honghai. The lake is fl anked with luxuriant straight or oblique trees. The straight ones are stretching to the sky while the oblique ones are resting by the lake side. Because there is no trace of man-made landscape， the place is blessed with the taste of nature and the lake is just like a precious mirror inlaid in a world of verdure. The inverted refl ection of the red fl owers and green trees in the water is so clear and distinguishable that a unique spectacle is formed under the lake， just as the case of a fairyland.

Whenever it is spring， the lake side is mostly welcome by elks and goats for drinking. Azaleas in the jaded green mountain by the lakeside will vie to blossom while boats will c l e a v e o n t h e rippling surface of the river， where mandarin ducks playfully tumble and egrets take off to add some delight from the wildlife to the serene Honghai Lake.

Bead by bead， those drops look like pearls scattering in the sky

The Pearl Lake with an altitude of 1300 meters is located at the terrace in the south central of the Simian Mountain. It is the highest mountain lake in the scenic area. Surrounded by blue hills， the lake is a virgin best known for its non-polluted environment and s e r e n i t y. T h e Pearl Shoal， set off by the Mirror Lake at the shoal head and the waterfall at the end， has a riverbed as so fl at and tidy that you can see the crystal clean streams. The refreshing and spattering water and blurred shorelines have made a wonderful painting before your eyes.

It is like a piece of verdure jade inlaid among a group of mountains. With the stream murmuring along the mountain creeks， there have formed 3 waterfalls. The Pearl Lake waterfall has roaring drop of charming spirit which feels like untold pearls falling into a jade plate and fl owing eastward. The Shanpingzi Waterfall drifting down along the mountain is like jingling jade and peals scattering down to the Redstone River Valley.

The August of 2015 has witnessed the selection result of “The Twelve Most Beautiful Scenic Spots of Chongqing in 2015”， among which， the “Love Ladder” in the Simian Mountain scenic spot stood out from the 292 candidates and successfully won a prize of resorts of humanities in the competition.

Though two scenic spots in two different cities that are 1314 km's apart， the Simian Mountain in Chongqing and “The Ends of the Earth” in Sanya joined their hands in the Double Seventh Day（A series of tourism events including “The Pledge of Love” were launched and many favorable terms were offered to tourist group or self-drive tourists heading towards Sanya from Simian Mountain. Tai Dingbo， the deputy director of Chongqing Tourism Administration， said in an interview that the move was a big deal in the development of tourism in Chongqing and that the derivative—“The Pledge of Love”—would become the most infl uential tourism cultural brand themed on love and most importantly， become a new path for the exploration of cross-region cooperation in China's tourism industry.

As one of the top 10 classical love story in contemporary China， the story and characters behind the “Love Ladder” in Simian Mountain scenic area was in the list of “Top Ten Characters Touching China”.

According to the detailed information from the interview team， here we present to you the story behind the “Love Ladder”：

That year （we don't know which year it is）， 6-year-old Liu Guojiang met 16-yearold bride Xu Chaoqing at a wedding ceremony held by a rich and infl uential family and locked the moment of her beauty and tenderness in his memory. Ten years passed. Xu became a widow. Liu touched Xu with all sorts of his own feelings about her and fi nally the two fell in love with each other regardless of their age gap and the worldly constraints， which， however， had triggered malicious gossips from the neighborhood of their village where feudal ideology still prevailed. As a result， they had to elope to the secluded Simian Mountain and led a life close to primitive slash-and-burn farming and building on an untrodden mountain top for more than half a century， they managed to bring up 7 children on herbs and with their own labor， addressing each other respectively as “young fellow” and “old maiden”.

Despite the fact that the “old maiden” seldom set her foot downhill for a lifetime，the “young fellow” Liu Guojiang had spent half a century chiseling the “Love Ladder” of more than 6000 steps on cliffs and eventually， laid down his life for it.

The story was discovered by a team of travelers in 2006 and it had received tremendous echoes from the society after being reported. Till now， the story of the “Love Ladder” is being spread in Chongqing， China and even around the world.

The two characters were awarded the prize of “Top Ten Characters Touching Chongqing” and their love story was listed as one of the top ten classical love stories in contemporary China in 2006. Later in 2012， the couple was shortlisted in “Top Ten Characters Touching China”. Their love story has demonstrated to the world the essence of love—purity and simplicity. And the “Love Ladder” has thus become a world renowned “pilgrimage rite for love”.

Currently the place is thronged with tourists from home and abroad who climb the “Love Ladder” to pay their tributes to the couple.

In 2008， the first “Chinese Oriental Love Festival” within the context of the “Love Ladder” was held in Simian Mountain and so far it has been successfully held for six times and has become a famous domestic event on the Double Seven Day. A serene play and a movie adapted from the love story of the “Love Ladder”have been released and the song named “The Love Ladder”has gone popular all over China and become most familiar to the public.

It is said that the protective development was accelerated after Simian Mountain obtained the title of 5A scenic spot. Although many of them have not been developed yet at present， it will help people know more about Simian Mountain when introduced in this article.

The fourth highest waterfall in Simian Mountain—Shuikousi scenic area （yet to developed ）

Consisting of the views like waterfall， Danxia landform，forest， canyon， deep tarn and rainbow， Shuikousi has been one of the best comprehensive scenic spots.

Shuikousi waterfall， with a height of 94.18meters， is the fourth biggest waterfalls in Simian Mountain. It seems to fall from the sky viewing afar and just like a jade pillar connecting the sky and the ground， which resembles a veil，transparency but obscurity， moving but still. Sitting on the rock and appreciating around， you will fi nd the rare stones scattered around， the waterfall fl owing out like a ribbon， the water passing by you and the old trees all over the mountain. So there is an ancient saying goes， “l(fā)ike a jade coming from a dais， some doubts whether it is a part of the Milky Way. It is a masterpiece of Luoshen when it comes down with droplets scattering.”The Four-column circumpolar and the Tiannvsanzhu cliff in the canyon give a sign of mysterious to the spot. The waterfall clusters like Sandaoguai waterfall and Yuanyang waterfall can help tourists have a taste of “forget all the glories and sorrow when they are in this picturesque place.”…

Scene with endless changes— Pingshan scenic area （yet to developed ）

Pingshan scenic spot is 1600 meters above the sea level. It is the observatory here when excursing for about 5 km from Toudaohe river. Viewing from the observatory， the spruce forest expands for thousands of miles with luxuriantly green， a meander fl ows inbetween the hills to the lakes， which reflects the shadows of clouds and hills. They are exactly what we called the upper Pingshan Lake and the lower Pingshan Lake. Walking along the lake southwards， the sceneries change without an end；the branches and trees stretch out over the road； the hills and the waters set off each other； animals freely playing in this colorful world. The oncoming wind brings tourists refreshment. The sight of the mandarin duck couples， fl ocks of white cranes contribute to the beautiful scenery which give people keen enjoyment and help them forget all the sorrows.

A natural gene bank—Dawopu scenic area （yet to developed ）

Dawopu primeval forest， owing the best preserved subtropical primitive evergreen broad-leaf forest in 28 degrees north latitude with coverage of 32.43 km2， of which some vegetation in Tertiary period are well-preserved， the ancient tropical and temperate plants originated from 350 billion years ago including dipteris chinensis christ， sempervivum tectorum，taxus chinensis， tulip tree etc 36 types of national priority protective plants grow here and other 40 kinds of emphasized protective animals such as south china tiger， clouded leopard， forest musk deer，chipmunk， rana adenopleura etc. Because of the totality of the 2586 species here，Dawopu scenic spot was praised as “a natural gene bank” by the experts of United Nation.

Being a 5A scenic spot is not a terminal but a brand new start.

On the 21stApril this year， according to the issued policy The Plan of Real Estate for Relaxation in Chongqing（2014-2020），Simian Mountain tourist resort was listed into one of the 8 areas which were given priority in construction. Simian Mountain will take this opportunity to update both its software facility and infrastructure and speed up the overall construction in order to make Simian Mountain scenic spot an important tourist resort in Chongqing.

At present， Simian Mountain tourist resort has gained 3.5 km2 approved construction lands， which helps it rank the fi rst in all the Districts and Counties of the 8 areas.

What resources and advantages does Simian Mountain tourist resort boast？

The closest to the downtown area： Only an hour to Simian Mountain

Located on south Jiangjin District and the north extension of Dalou Mountain， Simian Mountain is 100 km from the downtown area and 70 km from the main city area of Jiangjin District. Near Yibin County and Luzhou Municipality in Sichuan Province westward and Zunyi Municipality in Guizhou Province eastward， Simian Mountain tourist resort is in the core area of “Golden Delta” among the resorts in Sichaun， Chongqng and Guizhou provinces. And it forms the largest and the resourcesrichest “Traveling Golden Delta” in southwest China together with Fobao National Forest Park to its northwest， Chishui National Scenic Area to its southwest and Xishui National Forest Park to its south.

In June， 2014， the expressway from Jiangjin District to Xishui County was started and it will open to traffi c in 2016. At that time， the time spend on the way to Simian Mountain will be shortened to an hour from the original 2.5 hours. As a result，Simian Mountain tourist resort in Jiangjin District will be the closest one to the downtown area in Chongqing.

It is said that the expressway from Jiangjin District to Xishui County is the 11th line of the road networks —“Three circles， 12 expressways and 7 roads”， which has a total length of 128 km （the expressway in Chongqing Municipality is 65km and 63 km in Guizhou Proveince）， originated from Jiangjin District connecting every household in Hechuan County，Sichuan Province to Lianglukou in Zhaiba Town， Xishui County. The four entries including Zhongshan entry， Fujia entry， Simian Mountain entry and Siping entry to Simian Mountain tourist resort on this expressway， of which Simian Mountain entry is directly to the center resort of Simians Mountain while Siping entry is to the core area Siping Town in the tourist resort.

In recent years， with the increasing of consumption on service and entertainment， the housing demand is gradually shifting from single residency to the need of quality and facility. Institute of Geochemistry Chinese Academy of Science spends one year in general-surveying the selenium resources and fi nds that the 90% of the soil is rich in selenium， which made it a selenium abundant area.

The rich forest， land and water resources make Simian Mountain the only tourist resort “rich in selenium and oxygen”. In the year of 2012， Jiangjin was entitled with “the longevity town in China”. The construction to be kicked off

Now， the construction of Simian Mountain tourist resort has been kicked off.

On the construction of the infrastructure， the up-front work of the 20-km-long eastern line of Fengsi road （Simian Mountain-Shuangfengchang road）， 3-km-long Wangli road， 10-km-long grouped main roads around Simian Mountain， 2.6-kmlong line of Siping entry connecting Jiangjin-Xishui expressway and the grouped main roads around Simian Mountain， 4-km-long municipal trunk highways， the city parks of Bijia Mountain and Xuanwu Mountain and 3 city squares， have been finished and some of projects have already been on construction. The up-front work of transformer substation， waterworks， gas station， sewage treatment plant has also been completed and will start construction at once.

On the issue of attracting investment， dozens of companies including Power Construction Corporation of China， China State Construction，Jinke Group， Hong Kong Nanhua Group， and Chongqing General Hospital etc. have already done the on-the-spot investigation and at the same time negotiated the issue. Having employed the PPP model， Siping Town introduced Chongqing Foreign Trade and Economic Corporation， which will start the construction of the resort by the way of “fi nancing +EPC” and the 1.6 billion fi nanced in June this year was used in infrastructure construction.

The correspondent in Siping Town got to know that main work's 90% of the infrastructural construction of the open fair and the public toilet has completed by the end of April； the modifi cation works of the town in the resort is under its way while the wall-cleaning work has been finished already. As a result， the effort of giving a brand new appearance to the town has preliminary achieved. The projects at the cost of 50 million including gas distribution station， sewage disposal works，water works， transformer substation has been set up and in the process of design， which will start construction successively and will be fi nished in the next year. The other new constructed and additional projects including communication facilities， gasoline station， parking lots， hospital， school etc. have entered the process of setting up-and-design and were listed on the construction agenda， which symbolizes that the construction of the resort has been comprehensively kicked off.

The principal of Siping Town says， “Simian Mountain tourist resort is going to build the first ecological residency for the Chongqing people in the next 3-5 years and an international classic tourism town in 5-10 years. What's more， it will strive to be a “national tourist resort” in 3 or 5 yearss
