Hubei expert elected academician of Norwegian Academy of Science

On Feb 25,2016Professor Xu Chongyu, who was listed among Hubei’s 9th batch of experts of Thousand Talents Plan,was elected academician of Norwegian Academy of Science.

The Norwegian Academy of Science is the supreme learned society in Norwegian academic circle.As the first Asian academician in its history,Xu Chongyu is a hydrologist enjoying international fame.He currently acts as the professor in Oslo University of Norway,Uppsala University of Sweden,Wuhan University as well as several other famous domestic universities and research institutes.
