發(fā)現(xiàn)“新聊城”

DISCOVERING “NEW LIAOCHENG”

黃河，歷經(jīng)180多萬年的沖擊，形成了廣闊的黃淮平原。滄海桑田，千百年來，大河上下崛起的一座座文明城市，隨著時(shí)代的變遷早已換了人間，位于黃河下游的聊城亦是如此。

這座因運(yùn)河而興的城市，在明清時(shí)期被譽(yù)為“漕挽之咽喉，天都之肘腋”，為當(dāng)時(shí)運(yùn)河沿線九大商埠之一。大運(yùn)河的貫通使當(dāng)?shù)胤e淀下豐厚的運(yùn)河文化遺產(chǎn)，也營(yíng)造了更加繁榮的經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境。

猶如古運(yùn)河的奔流不息，如今的聊城也不斷顯現(xiàn)出新的氣象。今年年初，聊城被國(guó)家發(fā)改委列入京津冀協(xié)同發(fā)展區(qū)“十三五”規(guī)劃，緊接著一次重大的招商對(duì)接活動(dòng)在北京舉辦，其成果令人側(cè)目。

為什么要融入京津冀？在相關(guān)人士看來，先后被國(guó)家列入中原經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)、環(huán)渤海合作發(fā)展經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)，被山東省列入省會(huì)城市群經(jīng)濟(jì)圈和山東西部經(jīng)濟(jì)隆起帶，成為“兩區(qū)一圈一帶”四大戰(zhàn)略疊加區(qū)之后，這是聊城經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展新的重大戰(zhàn)略機(jī)遇，而且機(jī)不可失、時(shí)不我待。

聊城時(shí)刻準(zhǔn)備著。隨著冀魯豫三省交界綜合交通樞紐的逐步建立，來自聊城的蔬菜源源不斷地端上首都人民的餐桌。作為“中國(guó)蔬菜第一市”，農(nóng)業(yè)在聊城跨越融合的道路上走出重要一步，這不僅是品牌品質(zhì)活力的提升，更是聊城融入京津冀的重要切入點(diǎn)。

當(dāng)融入京津冀的每一次決策都逐漸明晰，聊城融入省會(huì)城市群經(jīng)濟(jì)圈的畫卷也在徐徐展開。目前，茌平縣撤縣設(shè)區(qū)的各項(xiàng)籌備工作正在緊密進(jìn)行中，這就意味著，聊城中心城區(qū)面積將擴(kuò)大近1倍，以“聊茌東”都市區(qū)為龍頭的新型城鎮(zhèn)化格局鋪陳開來，中心城市競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力和輻射帶動(dòng)作用不可小覷。

由此，面貌越發(fā)明了的“河湖秀美大水城、宜居宜業(yè)新聊城”，吸引了累計(jì)近二百人次外國(guó)專家來創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)，數(shù)百項(xiàng)技術(shù)項(xiàng)目落地投產(chǎn)；“海外聊城”建設(shè)也不斷加速，境外正常運(yùn)營(yíng)企業(yè)71家，帶動(dòng)出口額8.4億美元；越來越多的不同國(guó)籍、不同膚色的人們選擇聊城，把這里當(dāng)成了“家”。

如今的聊城，一步一個(gè)腳印，每一次落腳都擲地有聲，并完美呈現(xiàn)出新的輪廓。走在這座曾經(jīng)的“江北第一都會(huì)”，我們不僅可以找尋到商船遠(yuǎn)去的歷史記憶，更會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn)許多新的“故事”，讓我們意想不到。

Liaocheng, a city emerged with the canal, was one of the nine commercial ports along the canal in the Ming and Qing Dynasties. The completion of the canal not only made the local region accumulate rich cultural heritages regarding the canal, but also created a more flourishing economic environment.

Today, Liaocheng is constantly showing new looks. Liaocheng has been listed into the Central Plains Economic Zone and the Circum-Bohai Sea Economic Zone for Cooperative Development by the nation, as well as the Provincial Capital City Agglomeration Economic Circle and the Western Economic Rising Belt of Shandong by Shandong Province, and has become one of the Four Strategic Superposition Regions of “Two Zones, One Circle and One Belt”. This year, Liaocheng was listed into the “13th Five-Year” Plan of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Synergetic Development Area by the NDRC.

Now, as long as we enter the former “No.1 Metropolis in North China”, we may not only find the historical memory of merchant ships, but also find many new “stories”, which are unexpected.
