慢性腎臟病保留灌腸方法的改進(jìn)

Improvement on retention enema methods for patients with chronic kidney diseases

Objective To explore the improvement on retention enema for patients with chronic kidney diseases (CKD). Methods Eighty CKD patients to receive retention enema treatment were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group, 40 cases in each group. The experimental group was given disposable double-chamber gasbag ureters for the treatment of retention enema, which has been improved on intubation depth and other detaisl. While the control group were carried out the treatment with the conventional method of retention enema. Then the enema time and drug retention time, as well as the serum urea nitrogen (BUN), creatinine (SCr) and uric acid(UA) before and after the treatment in the two groups were recorded. Results Compared with the control group, the enema time of the experimental group was significantly shorter, but the drug retention time was significantly longer. After the treatment, BUN, SCr and UA in the experimental group were lower than that in the control group. Conclusion Using disposable double-chamber gasbag ureters for retention enema, combined with improvement in the intubation depth and other details, can significantly prolong drug retention time in intestine and improve the curative effect.

目的 改進(jìn)慢性腎臟病保留灌腸方法。 方法 將80例需保留灌腸治療的慢性腎臟病患者隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組和觀察組各40例。對(duì)照組常規(guī)保留灌腸法灌腸，實(shí)驗(yàn)組采用一次性雙腔氣囊尿管進(jìn)行保留灌腸，改進(jìn)插管深度和方法。比較2組患者灌腸時(shí)間、藥物保留時(shí)間、治療前后血清尿素氮、肌酐、尿酸等變化。 結(jié)果 實(shí)驗(yàn)組較對(duì)照組灌腸時(shí)間短，保留時(shí)間長(zhǎng)。實(shí)驗(yàn)組治療后血清尿素氮、肌酐、尿酸均低于對(duì)照組。 結(jié)論 采用一次性雙腔氣囊尿管進(jìn)行保留灌腸改進(jìn)灌腸方法，可明顯延長(zhǎng)藥物在腸內(nèi)停留時(shí)間。
