“長興·秀江南”是一個聯(lián)排和雙拼住宅項目，總占地面積13.5萬hm2。已經(jīng)建成的是第一和第二期，約占整個項目的1/2。原有地塊內(nèi)遍布大小不等的溝河塘浜啟迪了以新江南水鄉(xiāng)城鎮(zhèn)為主題的規(guī)劃設(shè)計理念。會所和售樓處建筑面積約3000m2，位于小區(qū)主入口一側(cè)，同時處于主軸水道的端頭。與立方幾何性的住宅體量相比，該建筑組合呈現(xiàn)強烈的異形特征，以凸顯其公共性質(zhì)。此外，不同于住區(qū)總體平坦的地形特征，該建筑與一個刻意形成的人工堆坡結(jié)合在一起，從而在地形和樓層的高低錯落中營造了一種貫穿建筑外部和內(nèi)部的“建筑漫步”式的空間體驗。

"Changxing Riverside Village" is a duplex townhouse project with a total lot size of 203 acres. The already completed first two phases roughly take one half of the entire project. The original lot was filled with waterways and ponds of various sizes, which inspired the planning and design concept featuring new southern-style water towns. The building that accommodates the showroom and the community service house, covering an area of 3,000m2, is located at the main entrance of the community and at the same time on the tip of the main waterway axis. Compared to the geometric bulk of the cubic houses, here the architectonic composition exhibits a sharply distinctive heteromorphism, so as to highlight its public nature. Besides, in contrast to the community lot's overall flat typography, the building is integrated with a deliberately constructed artificial slope, thus creating a spatial experience of "architectural strolling" through both the interior and exterior in the randomly strewn typography and various building levels.
