If youre lucky， you can get some food for free while enjoying traditional dances and boat racing.

San Francisco， California - The best part of the San Francisco International Dragon Boat Festival is that its free. You can keep both the kids and your money happy while making chopstick dragons， riding the choo choo train， or trying a hand at rock climbing. Dont forget to have a taste of Karas Cupcakes， a favorite for those with a sweet-tooth. Make sure you catch acts like the fan dance and the Wu Shu performance.
