Li Jianzhong was born in Qian County， Shaanxi Province in 1959. He is a national senior craft artist， researcher both of Shaanxi Art Creation Center of China Artists Association and Qi Baishi Research Society， member of Art Committee of Chinese Calligraphy and Paintings Research Institute， Vice President of Western Painting and Calligraphy Academy， etc. He has participated in various exhibitions and won grand prizes. Besides， he also published several collections of paintings.

黎建忠，號醉墨堂主人，1959年出生于陜西乾縣。國家高級工藝美術(shù)師。中國美術(shù)家協(xié)會陜西美術(shù)創(chuàng)作中心研究員、中國齊白石研究會研究員，中國書畫研究院藝術(shù)委員會委員、中國書畫家聯(lián)誼會會員、中國金融美術(shù)家協(xié)會會員，西部書畫院副院長、北京浩瀚書畫院副院長，陜西省美協(xié)會員，咸陽市有突出貢獻專家。

藝術(shù)簡歷被載入《中國書畫家大辭典》（當(dāng)代卷）、《二十一世紀(jì)中國書畫藝術(shù)家大辭典》、《中華當(dāng)代書畫精典》、《中國當(dāng)代藝術(shù)名家辭典》、《中國當(dāng)代藝術(shù)名家》等。

出版有《黎建忠繪畫作品選》、《黎建忠畫選集》。

曾出訪日本、臺灣、法國等地，作品多次參加國內(nèi)外美賽并獲獎。部分作品被人民大會堂、天安門、榮寶齋等處收藏，中央及地方主流媒體曾多次做專題報道。
