4月4日，柬埔寨川渝商會(huì)會(huì)長(zhǎng)劉二黎一行應(yīng)邀來(lái)渝并與重慶市政府外僑辦副主任楊大慶、主任助理王廣成、巡視員程友祿等進(jìn)行座談。楊大慶介紹了重慶與柬埔寨近年來(lái)交流合作情況、重慶對(duì)外經(jīng)貿(mào)合作情況和今年我市國(guó)外僑務(wù)工作的重點(diǎn)，希望在“和諧僑社”建設(shè)，促進(jìn)兩地經(jīng)貿(mào)文化合作交往方面得到川渝商會(huì)的積極響應(yīng)和參與。

劉二黎介紹了柬埔寨的經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)情況，表示川渝商會(huì)成立2年來(lái)已發(fā)展成柬第二大商會(huì)且擁有自己的實(shí)體企業(yè)。商會(huì)熱心公益、致力于助力當(dāng)?shù)仡I(lǐng)事保護(hù)工作，目前正在籌備全球川渝同鄉(xiāng)會(huì)等僑團(tuán)聯(lián)誼會(huì)，希望得到外僑辦的支持和參與。劉二黎提出，希望能與外僑辦加強(qiáng)信息溝通，豐富其海外僑情展示內(nèi)容，展現(xiàn)柬僑面貌；希望通過外僑辦這一渠道，就柬華僑華人對(duì)我外交戰(zhàn)略政策在當(dāng)?shù)貙?shí)施情況進(jìn)行反饋。

Yang Daqing Had Talks with the President of Sichuan-Chongqing Chamber of Commerce in Cambodia

On April 4, president of Sichuan-Chongqing Chamber of Commerce in Cambodia,Mr.Liu Erli was invited to Chongqing and had talks with Deputy Director of Chongqing Foreign and Overseas Chinese Affairs Offi ce Yang Daqing, Director Assistant Wang Guangcheng, Inspector Cheng Youlu. Yang Daqing introduced foreign trade and economic cooperation in recent years between Chongqing and Cambodia,and the focal point of overseas affairs work this year, he hoped to receive positive response from Sichuan and Chongqing Chamber of Commerce in "harmonious community" construction and promote bilateral economic and cultural cooperation.

Liu Erli on Cambodia's economic and social situation, said Sichuan province and Chongqing City Chamber of Commerce was has grown into the second largest Chamber of Commerce in Cambodia and have their own business entities. Chamber of Commerce-minded, dedicated to helping the local consular protection eversince it was eastablished 2 years ago, it is currently preparing for a global groups such as Sichuan and Chongqing natives Association, hoping to get Foreign Offi ce support and participation. Liu Erli suggested that hopes to strengthen communications with the Foreign Offi ce, enriching its overseas exhibits, showing face Cambodian-Chinese; Hope through the Foreign Offi ce, this channel, Cambodian-Chinese diplomatic strategic policy to me feedback on the implementation on the ground.
