我國板栗害蟲研究概述

板栗Castanea mollissima Blume為山毛櫸科Fagaceae 栗屬Castanea 植物,是我國栽培最早的經(jīng)濟(jì)樹種和重要干果之一。味道甘美,富含蛋白質(zhì)、脂肪、淀粉、多種維生素及礦物質(zhì)鈣、磷、鉀等營養(yǎng)物質(zhì),可供人體吸收和利用的養(yǎng)分高達(dá)98%,素有“木本糧食”的美稱(任爽,2003)。我國板栗總栽培面積達(dá)125 萬hm2,總產(chǎn)量達(dá)82.5 萬t,約占世界總產(chǎn)量的75%,無論是種植面積還是產(chǎn)量,其增長速度都遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)超過世界其它各國,是我國出口創(chuàng)匯的重要干果之一(王曉勤等,2010)。除西藏、青海、寧夏、新疆、海南等少數(shù)省區(qū)外,廣泛分布于我國長江流域和黃河流域的26個(gè)省、市、自治區(qū)(任爽,2003)。

但我國板栗主要栽培于山地、丘陵地帶,地理環(huán)境復(fù)雜,加之在生產(chǎn)上管理粗放,常遭受多種蟲害,同時(shí)在板栗貯運(yùn)和銷售過程中也存在嚴(yán)重蟲蛀現(xiàn)象。因此,板栗蟲害已成為我國板栗產(chǎn)量和質(zhì)量提高的重要限制因素之一。近年來,不少學(xué)者對我國板栗害蟲進(jìn)行了大量研究,主要涉及種類調(diào)查、發(fā)生規(guī)律、生活習(xí)性與防治等,本論文針對上述內(nèi)容的研究情況,對我國板栗害蟲的研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行簡要概述,以便為板栗害蟲的進(jìn)一步深入研究提供基礎(chǔ)與參考。

1 板栗害蟲種類調(diào)查研究

目前,全國有關(guān)板栗害蟲的種類調(diào)查研究如表1,共計(jì)10 目118 科818 種如表2。

以上對15個(gè)省、市地區(qū)栗園害蟲的種類調(diào)查在文獻(xiàn)中多以名錄的形式對害蟲種類、分布區(qū)域以及為害程度作了初步報(bào)道。同時(shí),部分學(xué)者對北部和西北部栗園主要病蟲害編制了相應(yīng)的鑒別圖冊或圖譜,如《板栗病蟲害防治彩色圖譜》(徐志宏和蔣平,2001)、《板栗病蟲害及防治原色圖冊》 (張炳炎,2009)、《板栗病蟲害診治原色圖譜》(馮玉增和劉小平,2010)為當(dāng)?shù)乩鯃@病蟲害的識別與及時(shí)防控提供了科學(xué)指導(dǎo)。

2 板栗害蟲發(fā)生規(guī)律及影響因素

國內(nèi)已有不少學(xué)者對板栗主要害蟲桃蛀螟Dichocrocis punctiferalis Guenee (段霞,2007;俎文芳和秦立者,2010;李和幫,2010;張善江等,2012)、栗實(shí)象Curculio davidi Fairmaire (丁曉紅,2010;趙書有,2010;吳麗芳,2011)、栗癭蜂Dryocosmus kuriphilus (Yasumatsu)(馮明義等,2006;黃漢升,2009;陳書黎,2011)、栗大蚜Lachnus tropicalis (Vander Goot) (劉永生,2002;趙彥杰,2005)、板栗紅蜘蛛Oligonychus ununguis(Jacobi)(汪顯亮和蔡華,2011;田壽樂等,2011)、板栗透翅蛾Aegcria molybdoceps Hampson(劉煜,2008;盧勝進(jìn)等,2009;張永忠,2009)、板栗剪枝象Cyllorhynchices cumulatus (Voss) (王功桂,2000;黎志彬,2006;曾石松,2009)、天牛類害蟲(喻澤懿和余順華,2004;盧宗榮等,2009;徐育海和王晴芳,2010)等的發(fā)生規(guī)律、生活習(xí)性進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的研究,其研究表明,栗園主要害蟲的發(fā)生規(guī)律與栗園林地條件、降雨量、溫濕度、板栗樹齡、板栗嫁接方式、板栗生長物候期、板栗品種及板栗所含營養(yǎng)物質(zhì)等諸多因素有關(guān)。

2.1 栗園林地條件

栗園林地狀況主要包括栗園坡位、海拔高度、郁閉度、土壤肥力、品種混栽與否以及人為活動情況等。如栗癭蜂在低海拔、低坡位、郁閉度大、水分不足與土壤肥力差的栗園中危害嚴(yán)重(陳建華和吳文富,2001;吳暉,2002;馮明義等,2006;黃漢升,2009);板栗紅蜘蛛在陽坡、郁閉度大、混栽林、雜草叢生、水分不足和土壤肥力差的栗園中大量發(fā)生(魯緒祥,1993;雷恒久,2009;汪顯亮和蔡華,2011);櫟掌舟蛾P(guān)halera assimilis (Bremer et Grey)在陽坡、純林、人為活動頻繁的栗園中發(fā)生較多(趙良橋,2009);栗實(shí)象在混栽林、雜草叢生、人為活動頻繁的地方危害較重(屈頂柱等,2009;趙書有,2010);板栗透翅蛾在陽坡栗園的發(fā)生時(shí)期明顯早于陰坡等(朱廣凱,2008)。

2.2 降雨量

板栗紅蜘蛛、栗癭蜂、桃蛀螟、栗實(shí)象、栗大蚜、板栗透翅蛾的發(fā)生與降雨多少有密切關(guān)系。板栗紅蜘蛛在干旱少雨的年份發(fā)生早、繁殖快、為害嚴(yán)重(田壽樂等,2011);而降雨量多及持續(xù)降雨可使栗癭蜂、栗實(shí)象和栗大蚜的發(fā)生減少,導(dǎo)致栗實(shí)象和栗大蚜的種群密度急劇下降(楊子旺和康文通,1998;楊霽虹等,2003),栗癭蜂的羽化期推遲以及蟲癭組織中已羽化成蟲死亡(畢寧,2008);在每年4-5月份和8月份大量降雨季節(jié)可分別促進(jìn)桃蛀螟和板栗透翅蛾大量發(fā)生(趙曉琴和李瑩,2009;盧勝進(jìn)等,2009)。

2.3 溫濕度

溫濕度對板栗紅蜘蛛、栗大蚜、栗實(shí)象、剪枝象等害蟲的種群數(shù)量消長有重要影響。板栗紅蜘蛛在最適溫度22-27℃,相對濕度75%以下時(shí)其種群數(shù)量急劇增加(汪顯亮和蔡華,2011);栗大蚜在平均氣溫為23℃和相對濕度70%左右時(shí)繁殖迅速,最快7-9 d 可完成一代(楊子旺和康文通,1998);栗實(shí)象在溫度19.1-22.6℃,相對濕度60%-80%的情況下雌蟲的壽命延長且產(chǎn)卵量最高(袁少杰等,2010);剪枝象的發(fā)生與溫濕度密切相關(guān),在中溫中濕環(huán)境開始發(fā)生,高溫高濕環(huán)境下為害達(dá)到高峰,高溫低濕時(shí)為害處于末期,其發(fā)生最適溫度為23-27℃,相對濕度為71%-84% (王功桂,2000)。

2.4 板栗樹齡

栗癭蜂的為害程度與板栗樹齡有顯著關(guān)系(馮明義等,2006),樹齡越大的栗樹受栗癭蜂為害的死亡率越高,反之越低。其中栗園樹齡在10年以上的,栗園栗樹成株死亡率達(dá)30%-40%,樹齡在6年以上的栗樹成株死亡率為10%-15%,而樹齡4年以下的成株死亡率僅為2%。

2.5 板栗嫁接方式

板栗透翅蛾的發(fā)生程度與板栗不同的嫁接方式有關(guān),其中對聯(lián)合嫁接的栗樹較普通插皮嫁接的栗樹為害要小(董榮春和段顯德,2005)。栗實(shí)象對嫁接栗園的為害比實(shí)生栗園相對較輕(屈頂柱等,2009),而栗鏈蚧Asterolecanium castaneae Russell 則剛好相反,栗鏈蚧在嫁接栗園的發(fā)生數(shù)量比實(shí)生栗園要多(賈克鋒等,2001)。

2.6 板栗生長物候期

桃蛀螟、栗癭蜂、栗大蚜、栗皮夜蛾Characoma ruficirra Hampson、栗實(shí)象、金龜子等主要害蟲的發(fā)生均具有相適應(yīng)的板栗生長物候期,如桃蛀螟、栗實(shí)象在果實(shí)膨大期和后熟期發(fā)生量最多、栗皮夜蛾主要在幼果形成期和果實(shí)膨大期為害猖獗,金龜子在板栗萌芽展葉期和開花期大量發(fā)生,栗大蚜、栗癭蜂在板栗展葉期、開花期、幼果形成期、以及果實(shí)膨大期群集發(fā)生等(郭樹嘉等,1991;楊偉等,2002)。

2.7 板栗品種

桃蛀螟、栗實(shí)象、板栗紅蜘蛛、栗癭蜂等的發(fā)生與板栗品種有密切關(guān)系。栗實(shí)象對晚熟品種,刺稀、質(zhì)地軟、刺短、苞殼薄的品種如桂花香、六月暴為害相對較嚴(yán)重(楊劍等,1999);而桃蛀螟對晚熟油栗型品種,刺苞簇生率大、刺苞體積大的品種為害相對較輕(唐旭蔚等,2003;雷恒久等,2009)。板栗紅蜘蛛在葉片角質(zhì)層和上表皮厚,葉背絨毛密度大而長的品種上發(fā)生的蟲口密度較低(吳暉,2002)。栗癭蜂在芽大飽滿、外層鱗片抱合不緊、中心呈開口狀的芽上產(chǎn)卵相對較多(黃宏文和洛屯,1990)。

2.8 營養(yǎng)物質(zhì)含量

板栗紅蜘蛛的發(fā)生與板栗葉片內(nèi)總酚含量、黃酮含量、丙二醛含量、SOD 活性、POD 活性、PPO 活性、PAL 活性呈顯著正相關(guān) (雷恒久,2009)。桃蛀螟的為害程度與栗苞和果皮內(nèi)總酚和黃酮含量呈正相關(guān)性(雷恒久,2009)。栗癭蜂抗性與板栗葉片K 元素含量、黃酮含量、單寧含量、水楊酸含量、芽內(nèi)和葉片酚類物質(zhì)含量等呈顯著正相關(guān),分別與栗芽內(nèi)含水量、總糖、還原糖、蛋白質(zhì)、花色素甙呈顯著負(fù)相關(guān)性(吳暉,2002;楊勇,2005;李奕震等,2006;王強(qiáng)金,2009)。

3 栗園害蟲防治技術(shù)

對栗園害蟲的綜合治理應(yīng)根據(jù)害蟲的發(fā)生規(guī)律,堅(jiān)持“預(yù)防為主、綜合防治”的原則,采取科學(xué)的防治措施展開防治工作 (王曉勤等,2010)。目前,對板栗病蟲害防治主要有以下幾種防治措施。

3.1 嚴(yán)格檢疫

從外地引進(jìn)栗種、苗木及接穗等材料時(shí),必須經(jīng)過檢疫,防止胴枯病、栗癭蜂、栗實(shí)象、蚜蟲等危險(xiǎn)性病蟲害引進(jìn)本地,同時(shí)對引進(jìn)的苗木和接穗進(jìn)行適當(dāng)?shù)乃巹┨幚?張緒兵等,2007)。

3.2 加強(qiáng)預(yù)測預(yù)報(bào)

通過掌握板栗害蟲的生物學(xué)特征、生態(tài)學(xué)特性及其發(fā)生發(fā)展規(guī)律,分析害蟲的發(fā)生趨勢,并根據(jù)對板栗主要害蟲生物學(xué)特性研究成果,將分布廣、危害大、發(fā)生規(guī)律清楚的害蟲作為測報(bào)對象之一,制定相應(yīng)的防治措施,可有效抑制蟲害爆發(fā),減少經(jīng)濟(jì)損失(賈克鋒等,2001)。

3.3 改善林地環(huán)境

早春或秋冬季合理修剪、降低栗園郁閉度,及時(shí)刮皮涂干、翻耕土壤、清除栗園蟲苞落果等可有效降低害蟲發(fā)生基數(shù)。如冬季深耕栗園可有效破壞剪枝象甲、栗實(shí)象甲和金龜子等幼蟲、櫟掌舟蛾蛹等害蟲的越冬場所,顯著降低的成活率(李志遠(yuǎn),2008;王曉勤等,2010);刮除樹皮,用含石硫合劑的石灰液涂干,可消滅板栗透翅蛾的越冬蟲繭、栗紅蜘蛛和栗大蚜越冬卵(王燕等,2007);及時(shí)清除栗園落果、蟲苞與枯枝可有效降低桃蛀螟、剪枝象甲、板栗雪片象 Niphades castanea Chao、栗實(shí)象、栗皮夜蛾等害蟲越冬蟲源。另外,種植抗蟲優(yōu)質(zhì)品種,加強(qiáng)栗園水肥管理、合理施加N,P,K 肥、適時(shí)追施磷酸二氫鉀等,間作利于天敵活動和繁殖的花生、大豆、紫花苜宿等矮稈農(nóng)作物,可增強(qiáng)栗園防御害蟲的能力,有效降低栗癭蜂、桃蛀螟、板栗實(shí)象、板栗紅蜘蛛、板栗雪片象等害蟲的危害(陳敬望等,2007)。

3.4 人工捕殺與誘殺

利用昆蟲的假死習(xí)性,在樹下鋪一層塑料薄膜或編織袋,于早晨露水未干時(shí)振動樹枝可對栗實(shí)象、金龜子等進(jìn)行人工捕捉(趙書有,2010);對木蠹蛾、板栗透翅蛾等蛀干害蟲,用鐵絲鉤捕殺樹干蛀入孔中的木蠢蛾幼蟲,用木錘敲擊透翅蛾的危害部位可殺死其幼蟲(賈克鋒等,2001);利用昆蟲的趨光性可用黑光燈誘殺桃蛀螟、栗皮夜蛾、櫟掌舟蛾、板栗透翅蛾、金龜子、卷葉蛾等(曹淑云等,2008;徐滿成和劉金柱,2009);利用昆蟲的趨化性可用糖醋液誘殺栗皮夜蛾、桃蛀螟、卷葉蛾等(曹淑云等,2008;徐滿成和劉金柱,2009),在栗園中放置桃蛀螟性誘劑可有效誘殺桃蛀螟雄成蟲(楊振亞等,1986;曹淑云等,2008);利用昆蟲的上下樹習(xí)性可于每年2-4月在樹干下部刮去老粗皮,粘上黃色膠帶環(huán),涂上粘蟲膠可誘殺葉螨、舞毒蛾等(曹淑云等,2008;徐滿成和劉金柱,2009)。

3.5 水浸殺蟲

對蛀果害蟲栗實(shí)象、栗雪片象、桃蛀螟等幼蟲采用水浸法可予以防治,包括冷水浸法和溫水浸法。冷水浸法指把板栗浸入冷水中6 cm 左右,于每天7 點(diǎn)換水一次并上下翻動,浸泡2-3 d 可使害蟲窒息而死(王曉勤等,2010);溫水浸法即把板栗浸入55℃的溫水中40 min,害蟲可全部殺死,然后撈出板栗陰干妥善保管 (段霞,2007;丁曉紅,2010)。

3.6 化學(xué)防治

化學(xué)防治具有應(yīng)用廣泛,速效、高效等優(yōu)點(diǎn),適宜于大面積栗園害蟲防治,是目前板栗害蟲防治的主要手段。但化學(xué)農(nóng)藥的長期使用造成了害蟲“3R”等一系列嚴(yán)重問題 (李志遠(yuǎn),2008)。因此,化學(xué)防治應(yīng)根據(jù)板栗無公害生產(chǎn)技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),允許使用生物源農(nóng)藥、礦物源農(nóng)藥和低毒有機(jī)合成農(nóng)藥,有限制地使用中毒農(nóng)藥,禁止使用劇毒、高毒和高殘留農(nóng)藥。一方面,用藥時(shí)間要及時(shí),做到提前預(yù)防,農(nóng)藥交替合理使用,避免害蟲產(chǎn)生抗藥性(田壽樂等,2011);另一方面,對害蟲的防治要選擇最佳用藥時(shí)期,對一年發(fā)生多代的害蟲應(yīng)選擇害蟲發(fā)生最整齊一代的幼齡階段作為其最佳防治時(shí)期(程立新,2007)。例如每年5月上中旬噴灑1.8% 阿維菌素2000-3000 倍液或25%滅幼脲3 號懸浮劑1500 倍液防治食葉、芽害蟲栗癭蜂初孵幼蟲,7月中下旬其成蟲羽化高峰期噴灑50% 殺螟松乳油、80% 敵敵畏乳油1500-2000 倍液或20%甲氰菊酯乳油2500-3000 倍液等藥劑可有效防治 (劉建國,2010;陳書黎,2011)。每年6月份是剪枝象成蟲發(fā)生高峰期,可每隔10-15 d 噴灑一次菊酯類農(nóng)藥8000-10000倍液、40%樂果乳油或90%敵百蟲等1000 倍液能有效殺死其成蟲(但德忠和但修清,2004;黎志彬,2006)。針對桃蛀螟、栗實(shí)象等蛀果害蟲,可于每年8月上旬至9月初栗果膨大期,每隔10-15 d 噴灑50%殺螟松乳劑1000 倍液、40%氧化樂果1500 倍液、吡蟲啉1000 倍液、“栗蟲凈”2 號或“栗果寶”乳油1500 倍液等化學(xué)藥劑能有效防治其幼蟲為害,明顯提高板栗產(chǎn)量(俎文芳和秦立者,2009;曾林等,2004);在每年9、10月份栗果堆積期噴施50%敵百蟲500 倍液、25%溴氰菊酯2000 倍液或80%敵敵畏乳油1500 倍液等農(nóng)藥或在密閉環(huán)境內(nèi)用藥劑用二硫化碳(30 mL/m3)、56%磷化鋁片劑(18 g/m3)密布熏蒸處理20-24 h 等,均可有效降低栗實(shí)象和桃蛀螟幼蟲蟲口密度(丁曉紅,2010)。對板栗透翅蛾、栗吉丁蟲等蛀干害蟲,采用刮皮涂藥,打孔注藥相結(jié)合的方式進(jìn)行防治,于每年秋冬季在樹干30 cm 處環(huán)剝約10 cm 寬的環(huán)帶,刮去粗皮,稍露嫩皮,用氧化樂果10 倍液或用敵敵畏與煤油混合液涂環(huán)防治,效果顯著(謝遠(yuǎn)程,2001)。

3.7 生物防治

噴施粉擬青霉菌和不同濃度的蘇云金芽孢桿菌可對栗皮夜蛾、桃蛀螟、剪枝象、栗實(shí)象等進(jìn)行有效防治。如用粉擬青霉菌田間防治板栗剪枝象、板栗二斑栗實(shí)象,可使其平均感病死亡率分別達(dá)77.3% 和77.8%;用稀釋濃度在為100-150 倍蘇云金芽孢桿菌可有效防治栗皮夜蛾和桃蛀螟幼蟲;以稀釋濃度在500-1000 倍蘇云金芽孢桿菌可有效防治舞毒蛾和桃蛀螟(曹淑云等,2008;王曉勤等,2010)。

通過栗園釋放天敵或者創(chuàng)造利于天敵生存的栗園環(huán)境,以增加天敵數(shù)量,可達(dá)到以天敵治蟲的目的。如結(jié)合栗園釋放天敵黃眶離緣姬蜂Trathala flavo-orbitalis (Cameron)、廣大腿小蜂Brachymeria lasus Walker、赤眼蜂Trichogrammatid、中華長尾小蜂Torymus sinensis Kamijo、葛氏長尾小蜂Torymus geramii Walke 等可有效控制桃蛀螟、栗癭蜂為害 (蔡炎和吳康云,2007;王曉勤等,2010);通過栗園間作的方式創(chuàng)造適合西方盲走螨Typhlodromus occidentalis Nesbitt、紅點(diǎn)唇瓢蟲Chilocorus kuwanae Silvestri、異色瓢蟲Leis axyridis(Pallas)、草蛉Chrysopa perla (Linnaeus)等天敵的生存環(huán)境,可降低板栗紅蜘蛛、栗大蚜的蟲口密度(魯緒祥等,1993;溫桂華等,2007;汪顯亮和蔡華,2011);采用栗園飼養(yǎng)雞、鴨等禽類的方式可一定程度上控制透翅蛾、蚜蟲、金龜子等害蟲的為害(曹淑云等,2008)。

有關(guān)栗園害蟲天敵的研究主要集中于板栗紅蜘蛛、栗癭蜂、桃蛀螟、板栗透翅蛾等主要害蟲天敵的報(bào)道,另外,嚴(yán)曉素等、趙麗芳等分別對浙江省板栗蛾類害蟲寄生蜂種類 (嚴(yán)曉素等,2001)和云南滇中栗園天敵種類 (趙麗芳等,2008)進(jìn)行了調(diào)查研究,截至目前,板栗害蟲的天敵初步統(tǒng)計(jì)有7 目24 科93 種。

近年來,基于栗園節(jié)肢動物群落結(jié)構(gòu)、利用天敵對害蟲進(jìn)行生態(tài)調(diào)控的研究逐漸興起,如安徽、福建、重慶等省市少數(shù)地區(qū)對栗園節(jié)肢動物群落結(jié)構(gòu)做了較系統(tǒng)的研究,包括栗園節(jié)肢動物群落結(jié)構(gòu)組成、害蟲及天敵優(yōu)勢種分析、主要害蟲與天敵的生態(tài)位關(guān)系和生態(tài)調(diào)控等(任爽等,2002;方國飛,2002;鄭華等,2005;任爽和陳斌,2009;任爽和鄧新平,2009;任爽,2009;張巨山,2010;葉世森,2011)。對重慶合川栗園天敵蜘蛛Araneida 群落結(jié)構(gòu)組成、蜘蛛發(fā)生規(guī)律進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究發(fā)現(xiàn),6、7月份栗園各種害蟲和蜘蛛的發(fā)生在數(shù)量、時(shí)間上具有高度的一致性,說明栗園蜘蛛群落在控制栗園害蟲蟲口密度方面發(fā)揮重要功能(任爽等,2002)。

4 結(jié)束語

迄今有關(guān)板栗害蟲的研究,在害蟲的種類調(diào)查、主要害蟲的發(fā)生規(guī)律和影響因素以及害蟲防治措施等領(lǐng)域做了大量的研究工作,取得諸多成效,但是有關(guān)栗園害蟲的防控研究,尚存在一些問題。一方面針對主要板栗害蟲的預(yù)測預(yù)報(bào)機(jī)制不夠健全,雖然利用黑光燈、糖醋液或性引誘劑等能對桃蛀螟、卷葉蛾、金龜子等成蟲進(jìn)行引誘監(jiān)測,但由于栗園偏遠(yuǎn)及經(jīng)濟(jì)成本等因素而在栗園中鮮有應(yīng)用;而剪枝象、栗實(shí)象等非趨光性害蟲,尚未見其性信息素等的相關(guān)研究;同時(shí)由于宣傳力度的不夠,不少栗農(nóng)對主要害蟲尚不能準(zhǔn)確識別,因此,對大面積蟲害的發(fā)生常缺乏及時(shí)準(zhǔn)確的預(yù)報(bào)。另一方面對栗園主要害蟲的防治,缺乏物理防治、生物防治等多種防治措施的協(xié)調(diào)配套應(yīng)用,目前仍普遍趨向于單一的化學(xué)防治,廣譜性農(nóng)藥大量使用,致害蟲3R 問題日趨明顯,也嚴(yán)重威脅天敵的生存。與此同時(shí),有關(guān)利用害蟲天敵包括栗園引進(jìn)天敵或改善天敵的生存環(huán)境等方式從生態(tài)調(diào)控的角度進(jìn)行的害蟲防控研究雖漸被報(bào)道,但尚處于初步研究階段,且對林間生態(tài)位調(diào)控的防治策略及防治效果尚不明確。因此,對栗園害蟲的有效持續(xù)調(diào)控,應(yīng)根據(jù)害蟲的生物學(xué)習(xí)性和發(fā)生特點(diǎn),綜合考慮溫濕度、物候期、栗園林地條件等因素,加強(qiáng)預(yù)測預(yù)報(bào)研究,生物防治和天敵生態(tài)調(diào)控等研究,切實(shí)有效地制定害蟲防控策略,提高板栗的產(chǎn)量與質(zhì)量。
