我校是市教育局直屬的公辦美術(shù)特色高中，學(xué)生全部為美術(shù)生，屬廣州市F組生源，近兩年我校的高考英語聽說考試平均分分別為7.4分及8.1分，與廣州市平均分有相當?shù)牟罹?。為了因材施教、發(fā)展個性，我校從2010年進行了教學(xué)改革，相繼實施“小班化教學(xué)”與“分層教學(xué)”。

高一人教版必修3第三單元“The Million Pound Bank Note”是一篇短劇，我做了一次在小班化分層教學(xué)環(huán)境下進行英語聽說教學(xué)的嘗試。此次授課的對象是高一年級小班，班內(nèi)共28名同學(xué)，絕大部分學(xué)生思維活躍、接受及模仿能力強、對死板教學(xué)不感興趣。學(xué)生英語基礎(chǔ)在年級屬中上水平，有一定的自主學(xué)習(xí)及合作意識。但是，班級內(nèi)也存在學(xué)生英語水平參差不齊這一問題，特別是在口語交際方面，有些差距還比較大。我在教學(xué)實踐中將該小班學(xué)生分為三個層次。教學(xué)過程如下。

一、準備階段

Step 1：復(fù)習(xí)導(dǎo)入

●Plot（情節(jié)）：

●Theme（主題）：

In the play， people believed m is e . Because of this， some people j others only by how much m they have.

3. Owner：snobbish（勢利的）

4. Hostess：snobbish

Step 2： 技巧呈現(xiàn)（Presentation）

Step 3： 技巧操練（Practice）

Listen to the mp3 of Act 1， Scene 4， marked the script（Part I and Part II）with stress， intonation， sound linking. Then read it out， preparing for the dubbing.

Step 4： 配音練習(xí)（Dubbing）

這一環(huán)節(jié)，我播放了《百萬英鎊》這出電影中第一幕的第四場電影視頻兩次。第一次播放的過程讓全班同學(xué)都進行模仿跟讀練習(xí)，并預(yù)留一定的時間讓各層次的學(xué)生對自己難以模仿的臺詞進行反復(fù)連讀，尤其是第三層的同學(xué)。然后播放第二次視頻，并從三個層次的學(xué)生中分別抽出四名同學(xué)為Henry、Waiter、Owner、Hostess配音。

二、排練與匯報表演階段

Step 5： 小組合作（Production —Role play）

由于課堂時間有限，我將該課劇本按照故事發(fā)展的順序切成了三個小段，第一段為衣衫襤褸的流浪漢Henry到餐館用餐不遭Waiter與Owner待見，第二段為Henry在拿出百萬英鎊支票前與Waiter， Owner之間的對手戲，第三段為高潮部分，Henry由于拿出了一張百萬英鎊的大鈔又倍受大家的關(guān)照。各個小組通過抽簽決定演哪一段。幾乎各個層次的學(xué)生都動起來了，課堂氣氛非?；钴S。各層次學(xué)生的表現(xiàn)都非常精彩，把整個課堂的氣氛推向了高潮。

三、總結(jié)與提高階段

②Suppose you get a large amount of money by buying lottery tickets （彩票） and become a millionaire （百萬富翁）. What will you do with the money？ Write 3 things you want to do， at least 50 words. （第6、14、16、18、19、24、25、29、30、32號同學(xué)做）

③Whats your opinion on “Money is everything”？ Write at least 80 words on it. （不用做第2項作業(yè)的同學(xué)做）
