市委副書記張國清會(huì)見印度人民黨干部考察團(tuán)一行

10月3日，重慶市委副書記張國清在市外僑大樓會(huì)見印度人民黨干部考察團(tuán)一行。

此次印度考察團(tuán)由印人黨全國書記希達(dá)哈特·納特·辛格（Siddharthnath Singh）率領(lǐng)，重慶是考察團(tuán)考察的最后一站。據(jù)稱，印人黨此行目的是來華考察交流經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

會(huì)上，張國清希望雙方共同做好于11月在重慶舉辦的“印度掠影”系列活動(dòng)，并共同推動(dòng)中國重慶市與印度金奈市發(fā)展建立友好城市關(guān)系。

辛格希望不僅僅是雙方建立友城關(guān)系，更希望重慶市與印人黨執(zhí)政的印度各邦建立友好市邦關(guān)系。辛格盛贊中國特別是重慶工業(yè)化建設(shè)取得的成就，希望政府組織鼓勵(lì)更多重慶企業(yè)參與在印度的中國工業(yè)園區(qū)的建設(shè)及合作。

副市長(zhǎng)張鳴會(huì)見南非農(nóng)村發(fā)展和土地改革部部長(zhǎng)一行

10月31日，重慶市副市長(zhǎng)張鳴在市外僑大樓會(huì)見來渝訪問的南非農(nóng)村發(fā)展和土地改革部部長(zhǎng)古吉萊·歐內(nèi)斯特·恩昆蒂一行。恩昆蒂部長(zhǎng)一行此行目的是考察我市農(nóng)村發(fā)展與扶貧開放情況，推動(dòng)雙方減貧合作。

張鳴向恩昆蒂介紹了重慶相關(guān)方面的發(fā)展情況，介紹了重慶市在城市化和城鎮(zhèn)一體化進(jìn)程中取得的成就。

恩昆蒂對(duì)重慶市扶貧工作和基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)取得的成就表示贊賞，并感謝重慶政府對(duì)來渝學(xué)習(xí)的南非留學(xué)生的支持和幫助。他說，近年來，中南兩國間的關(guān)系日益緊密，但仍有很多方面可以合作，比如教育和基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)等。

副市長(zhǎng)劉強(qiáng)會(huì)見埃塞俄比亞礦物部長(zhǎng)

10月27日，重慶市副市長(zhǎng)劉強(qiáng)在市政府外僑大樓會(huì)見了來渝訪問的埃塞俄比亞礦物部長(zhǎng)一行。

會(huì)上，劉強(qiáng)首先向埃塞俄比亞聯(lián)邦民主共和國來賓簡(jiǎn)要介紹了重慶今年的經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì)。他說，今年重慶GDP仍舊保持兩位數(shù)增長(zhǎng)，保持全國領(lǐng)頭羊地位。重慶地方政府愿意在中央政府的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下與埃塞俄比亞政府在礦產(chǎn)資源開發(fā)利用、農(nóng)業(yè)技術(shù)交流和基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)等方面繼續(xù)深化合作，共筑雙贏局面。

埃塞俄比亞礦物部長(zhǎng)阿拉姆·西姆·費(fèi)伊薩（Alemu Sime Feyisa）稱，埃塞俄比亞與中國有悠久的合作歷史，而重慶作為中國西部的經(jīng)濟(jì)中心、著名的工業(yè)城市，也與埃塞俄比亞有較好的合作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。埃塞俄比亞政府將逐步放開對(duì)私有資本進(jìn)入礦產(chǎn)行業(yè)的限制，希望包括重慶在內(nèi)的更多中國企業(yè)去埃塞俄比亞投資。埃塞俄比亞有豐富的礦產(chǎn)資源，但在數(shù)據(jù)管理、技術(shù)、吸引外資方面還存在很多問題，希望與中國企業(yè)展開務(wù)實(shí)合作，取長(zhǎng)補(bǔ)短，彌補(bǔ)不足。

重慶-巴什科爾托斯坦商務(wù)日開幕期待與重慶展開多領(lǐng)域合作

11月6日，重慶—巴什科爾托斯坦商務(wù)日開幕式在重慶君豪大酒店舉行。俄羅斯聯(lián)邦主體之一的巴什科爾托斯坦共和國第一副總理馬爾丹諾夫及該國政府和企業(yè)代表共計(jì)40余名參加了此次會(huì)議。

馬爾丹諾夫此行率該國政府和企業(yè)代表來渝洽談經(jīng)貿(mào)合作，并與重慶市政府簽訂了《經(jīng)貿(mào)、科技和人文合作協(xié)議》。

巴什科爾托斯坦共和國作為俄羅斯聯(lián)邦著名的工業(yè)、農(nóng)業(yè)國，有豐富的礦產(chǎn)資源，是俄聯(lián)邦主要的石油開采區(qū)之一，也是化工工業(yè)及機(jī)器制造中心。重慶跟巴什科爾都有發(fā)達(dá)的工業(yè)和現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)體系，經(jīng)過兩地政府和商業(yè)代表團(tuán)的多次互訪，重慶與巴什科爾已在汽車及其零部件制造上尋找到合作點(diǎn)。

重慶直達(dá)俄羅斯莫斯科的“渝新俄”公共固定班列已于2014年9月正式開通。這是繼“渝新歐”國際鐵路聯(lián)運(yùn)大通道開通運(yùn)營以來，中國內(nèi)陸地區(qū)首次開通的以集裝箱班列模式直達(dá)俄羅斯的定期班列。據(jù)馬爾丹諾夫介紹，目前俄羅斯圣彼得堡和中國上海之間正在修建直通公路，預(yù)計(jì)2016年完工，屆時(shí)兩國之間貨物運(yùn)輸不再局限于鐵路和航空運(yùn)輸，將通過更加便捷的公路物流形式展開。

當(dāng)日下午，馬爾丹諾夫一行還前往四川外國語大學(xué)，與該校簽訂留學(xué)生互訪的合作協(xié)議，并向該校俄語專業(yè)師生介紹了“兩河流域”合作框架簽訂的意義和未來的發(fā)展前景。

總領(lǐng)事亮相重慶糖酒會(huì) 積極推介意大利葡萄酒

在10月10日舉辦的第91屆全國糖酒商品交易會(huì)上，意大利駐重慶總領(lǐng)事帶領(lǐng)意大利農(nóng)副食品合作社（8家本土企業(yè)代表）、“意大利之味”合作社聯(lián)盟、意大利合作社企業(yè)與組織國際化服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)及7家意大利企業(yè)亮相，并以“意大利國家展團(tuán)”的形象亮相在公眾面前，為市民呈現(xiàn)各種意大利產(chǎn)葡萄酒及食品。

意大利素來被稱為“葡萄酒之國”，并在許多國家占據(jù)了最大的市場(chǎng)，意大利的葡萄酒文化也是意大利制造及意式生活中的精粹。

意大利駐渝總領(lǐng)事馬非同稱，除了參與此次糖酒會(huì)，意大利駐重慶總領(lǐng)事館正在計(jì)劃一系列活動(dòng)，旨在進(jìn)一步吸引中國消費(fèi)者對(duì)意大利飲食精品的重視。

同時(shí)，意大利駐重慶總領(lǐng)事館簽證業(yè)務(wù)的相關(guān)工作也正處于收尾階段，之后全國各地市民將不受戶籍限制，都能前往意大利駐重慶總領(lǐng)事館辦理簽證。該項(xiàng)服務(wù)也將直接推動(dòng)中國在意大利旅游的發(fā)展，屆時(shí)大家將有機(jī)會(huì)親眼見證意大利絕美的風(fēng)光及意大利酒莊里隱藏的千種口味。

英國資深電影人來渝 期待與重慶電影擦出火花

10月14日，英國資深電影人、來自短片國際（SHORTS INTERNATIONAL）的執(zhí)行總裁卡特Carter Pilcher ，曾獲奧斯卡提名的英國知名電影制作人鮑德溫（Baldwin Li），英國國立電影電視學(xué)院（最近被《好萊塢報(bào)道》評(píng)為全球最佳學(xué)習(xí)電影的學(xué)校）的赫曼特（Hemant Sharda）一行來到重慶，在重慶天地與重慶電影界同仁及電影學(xué)院師生就中英合拍片機(jī)會(huì)、融資、微電影和電影制作、影視教育等主題進(jìn)行了面對(duì)面交流。

此次活動(dòng)是首次中英電影專家在重慶舉行這樣的文化盛會(huì)，也是“重慶與世界·2014文化嘉年華”系列活動(dòng)之“英國文化推廣周”的重頭戲之一，旨在向各界推介銀幕上的英國，促進(jìn)英國與中國西南地區(qū)之間在影視產(chǎn)業(yè)上的合作?；顒?dòng)內(nèi)容包括中英電影產(chǎn)業(yè)沙龍、GREAT英國網(wǎng)絡(luò)電影節(jié)招待酒會(huì)、英國電影走進(jìn)校園交流會(huì)、英國電影短片放映等，分別在重慶天地、重慶大學(xué)美視電影學(xué)院等地舉行。

中意超聲及遠(yuǎn)程醫(yī)療合作論壇重慶召開

10月20日，意大利駐重慶總領(lǐng)事館聯(lián)合重慶醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬第二醫(yī)院及重慶市超聲工程學(xué)會(huì)舉辦中意超聲論壇，共同深化中意兩國在醫(yī)療領(lǐng)域的合作。

來自意大利帕多瓦大學(xué)心血管學(xué)院院長(zhǎng)Sabino Iliceto教授在會(huì)上作了“超聲多普勒評(píng)估冠狀動(dòng)脈血流量?jī)?chǔ)備：從病理生理學(xué)到新的臨床意義”的主題演講。

意大利帕多瓦大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)系聞名全球，以Iliceto教授為代表的帕多瓦的醫(yī)療資源，除了在運(yùn)用帕多瓦先進(jìn)教育模式組織與開展相關(guān)課程方面擁有強(qiáng)大的實(shí)力之外，也把與國際其它高校的交流與成果融入上述課程中。論壇上，該教授通過先進(jìn)的遠(yuǎn)程教育系統(tǒng)向中方分享意大利及國際最先進(jìn)的醫(yī)學(xué)理念及實(shí)踐，為中意兩國在醫(yī)療、尤其是遠(yuǎn)程醫(yī)學(xué)教育領(lǐng)域創(chuàng)造了更多合作的可能。

外商投資企業(yè)5人制足球賽開賽在渝外籍友人積極迎戰(zhàn)

10月18日，作為“重慶與世界·2014文化嘉年華”重要活動(dòng)之一——外商投資企業(yè)5人制足球賽在企業(yè)天地足球公園正式拉開帷幕。本次比賽由重慶市對(duì)外文化交流中心、重慶市外商投資促進(jìn)中心、瑞安房地產(chǎn)·重慶天地共同主辦。

早上8時(shí)40分，24支外商投資企業(yè)組成的足球隊(duì)正式亮相開幕式現(xiàn)場(chǎng)。隨后揭幕戰(zhàn)在重慶國際足球俱樂部CQIFC隊(duì)(簡(jiǎn)稱“CQIFC隊(duì)”)和重慶盛捷解放碑服務(wù)公寓隊(duì)(簡(jiǎn)稱“盛捷公寓隊(duì)”)之間展開。

據(jù)悉，重慶國際足球俱樂部CQIFC足球隊(duì)在重慶業(yè)余足球圈內(nèi)早已名聲響亮，這只球隊(duì)集中了在渝工作的外國足球愛好者，包括大學(xué)教師、領(lǐng)事館工作人員、外企高管等，平日經(jīng)常會(huì)組織與重慶足球愛好者進(jìn)行友誼賽，是一支活躍在重慶的外籍友人足球隊(duì)伍。

大都會(huì)金融圖書館落戶重慶

10月23日，大都會(huì)金融圖書館公益項(xiàng)目落戶重慶，并在巴蜀中學(xué)禮堂舉行落成儀式。該項(xiàng)目由美國大都會(huì)集團(tuán)和中國友好和平發(fā)展基金會(huì)共同啟動(dòng)，并由大都會(huì)人壽基金撥款落成。項(xiàng)目將為在校師生提供金融類圖書和金融知識(shí)講座視頻類資料，同時(shí)呼吁、倡導(dǎo)全社會(huì)關(guān)心并資助青少年金融基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)教育。

該公益項(xiàng)目圖書館將分別在重慶南開中學(xué)、巴蜀中學(xué)、禮嘉中學(xué)建成。

據(jù)透露，該公益項(xiàng)目已在包括重慶在內(nèi)的全國四個(gè)城市開展，共捐建12座圖書館，覆蓋師生數(shù)15000名，項(xiàng)目?jī)?nèi)容包括金融類圖書和視頻資料、書架及閱覽用桌椅。

美國大都會(huì)人壽（Metlife）保險(xiǎn)公司中國代表處中國首席代表馬思中、中國友好和平發(fā)展基金會(huì)副秘書長(zhǎng)賈玲及受捐學(xué)校校方代表在開幕式上致辭，并贈(zèng)送了大都會(huì)金融圖書館鑰匙。

美式橄欖球公開賽激情上演

11月1日，“重慶與世界·2014文化嘉年華”——美式橄欖球公開賽在重慶大學(xué)A區(qū)思群廣場(chǎng)運(yùn)動(dòng)場(chǎng)火爆上演，重慶碼頭工隊(duì)對(duì)陣無錫三叉戟隊(duì)，為重慶的美式橄欖球迷們送上一場(chǎng)地道的美式文化視覺盛宴。經(jīng)過激烈比拼，重慶碼頭工隊(duì)以56:0大勝對(duì)手。

紀(jì)錄片《滄浪萬里長(zhǎng)》首映講述重慶與荷蘭的故事

10月30日，電視紀(jì)錄片《滄浪萬里長(zhǎng)》（《荷蘭人在重慶的足跡》）首映式在重慶天地文化劇場(chǎng)舉行。這部耗時(shí)半年拍攝制作而成的紀(jì)錄片，于11月中旬荷蘭駐重慶總領(lǐng)事館正式開館之際，在重慶衛(wèi)視黃金時(shí)段首播。隨后，該片還將登陸荷蘭國家電視臺(tái)，并在全球各大視頻網(wǎng)站推出。

該紀(jì)錄片由荷蘭王國駐重慶總領(lǐng)事館、重慶廣電集團(tuán)(總臺(tái))、中國抗戰(zhàn)大后方研究協(xié)同創(chuàng)新中心合作完成。

混搭中西 “撞樂山城”點(diǎn)燃重慶之夜—2014渝港音樂交流會(huì)舉行

10月31日晚，由香港中樂團(tuán)青年演奏家組成的HKCO4U及著名新銳樂隊(duì)SIU2亮相重慶大劇院，為山城人民帶來了一場(chǎng)名為“撞樂山城”的精彩絕倫的音樂盛宴。

音樂會(huì)之所以叫“撞樂”，是因?yàn)樗蓛芍逢?duì)合作，兼具傳統(tǒng)與前衛(wèi)，中西古今共融，傳統(tǒng)民樂遭遇前衛(wèi)的西洋爵士，形成獨(dú)特的風(fēng)格表演。

據(jù)悉，此次音樂會(huì)由香港特別行政區(qū)政府駐重慶聯(lián)絡(luò)處、重慶市人民政府港澳事務(wù)辦公室主辦，邀請(qǐng)了香港中樂團(tuán)青年演奏家組成的HKCO4U和著名新銳樂隊(duì)SIU2進(jìn)行演奏，這也是他們首次來到內(nèi)地演出。

Zhang Guoqing Met with India BJP Cadres Delegation

October 3, the Deputy Party Secretary of Chongqing Municipal Committee,Mr. Zhang Guoqing met with India BJP cadres delegation，Which was led by the National Secretary of Indian Party, Mr.Siddharthnath Singh, Chongqing is the last stop of the delegation visits. It was reported the purpose of the trip was to exchange experiences in economic construction in China.

At the meeting, Zhang Guoqing hoped the two sides prepare well for the series of activities of "a glimpse of India” which will be held in November in Chongqing and promote the development of establishing the sister-city relationships between Chongqing and Chennai.

Singh hoped that not only establish sister city relationship with Chennai, but also with different states in India where Indian party governs. Mr.Singh highly praised the achievement of Chongqing's industrial construction, hoping that more enterprises in Chongqing to participate in the construction and cooperation of Chinese industrial park in India.

Vice Mayor Zhang Ming Met with Minister of Rural Development and Land Reform Department of South Africa

October 31, Vice Mayor of Chongqing, Mr. Zhang Ming met with Gugile Ernest Nkwinti, Minister of rural development and land reform department of South Africa. The purpose of this trip is to inspect the city's rural development and opening of poverty alleviation to promote the bilateral cooperation for poverty reduction.

The minister highly praised the achievements that Chongqing has made on poverty alleviation and infrastructure construction, expressed appreciation for the support and assistance that Chongqing Government provided for the South Africa international students. He said that in recent years two sides have been maintaining close relations but there are more ways to cooperate, such as education, infrastructure and so on.

Vice Mayor Liu Qiang Met with the Ethiopian Minister of Minerals

October 27, Vice Mayor Liu Qiang met with the Ethiopian Minister of minerals and the delegation.

Mr. Alemu Sime Feyisa said, Ethiopia has a long history of cooperation with China.As the economic center of Western China and the leading industrial city, Chongqing also has a good experience of cooperation with Ethiopia. The Ethiopian Government will progressively liberalize restrictions on private capital to enter the mining industry; he hopes more Chinese enterprises to invest in Ethiopia. Ethiopia is rich in mineral resources, but there are still many problems in data management, technology, attracting foreign investment, he hopes to expand pragmatic cooperation with Chinese companies and learn from each other.

British Senior Filmmakers Visited Chongqing Looking forward to Cooperative Sparks

On October 14, the United Kingdom experienced fi lmmakers, CEO of the SHORTS INTERNATIONAL, Mr.Carter Pilcher; Baldwin Li, a well-known film producer who just won Oscar nominations for United Kingdom; Hemant Sharda, who’s from the National Film and Television School came to Chongqing and had face-to-face communication with fi lm industry colleagues and fi lm school students on Sino-British co-production opportunities, fi nancing, micro fi lms and themes of fi lm-making, movie and TV education.

This Sino-British fi lm experts gathering event was fi rst time held in Chongqing, but also one of the campaign of "Chongqing and the World ? 2014 Cultural Fiesta"- "British Cultural Week", which aimed at briefi ng the United Kingdom on screen, promoting cooperation with the Southwest China in the film and television industry. The activities included the Sino-British film industry salon, Great Britain network film festival reception, British films entered the campus conference, and British short fi lm screenings.

Italian Consul-General in Chongqing Promoting Italy Wines on the Fair

On October 10, on the 91st Session of national sugar wine merchandise fair, Italy agricultural food cooperatives (8 native Enterprise representatives), and "Italy of fl avor" cooperative union, Italy cooperative enterprises and organizations internationalization service institutions and 7 Italian Enterprises led by Italy Consulate General in Chongqing debut in public as image of "Italy National Pavilion", rendering various Italy produced wine and food for the public.

According to Mr. Sergio Maffettone, the Consul General in Chongqing, that Italy wine is known for the world and representsthe largest market in many countries.He said, in addition to the fair, Italy Consulate General in Chongqing is planning a series of activities which aims to attract Chinese consumers on Italy food products value.

Foreign Investment Enterprises 5-a-side Football Tournament Kicked off

On October 18, the foreign investment enterprises 5-a-side football tournament officially kicked off at Football Park at Chongqing Tiandi.

24 foreign-funded enterprises football teams officially unveiled at the opening scene. The opening match started between the Chongqing international football club (CQIFC) and the Somerset Jiefangbei Chongqing. It is reported that the CQIFC football team has loud reputation in amateur football which concentrated on foreign football fans who work in Chongqing, including university teachers, consulates, foreign executives; they often organize football matches with Chongqing football fans. It is an active expats’ football team in Chongqing.

Italian Ultrasound and Telemedicine Medical Cooperation Forum Held in Chongqing

On October 20, the Italian ultrasound and telemedicine medical cooperation forum jointly held by Italy Consulate General in Chongqing, the second affi liated hospital of Chongqing medical university and Chongqing ultrasound project institute to deepen bilateral cooperation in the medical fi eld.

Professor Sabino Iliceto, the Dean of Cardiovascular Institute of University of Padova in Italy made a keynote speech at the meeting, sharing the advanced concept and practice of medicine of Italy and all over the world through advanced tele-education system, creating more possibilities for cooperation in the fi eld of medical education, in particular in the distance medical education between China and Italy.

Premiere of the Documentary Holland and Chongqing: A Common Past Present and Future

On October 30, the premiere of documentary of Holland and Chongqing: A Common Past Present and Future was held at Chongqing Tiandi theatre. This documentary took six months of shooting and producing,it will be fi rst broadcast in mid-November on the occasion of the offi cial opening of the Consulate General of Netherlands in Chongqing and be played at prime-time on Chongqing TV.

Subsequently, the fi lm will be promoted on the Netherlands national television station, and launched in some world's largest video sites. This documentary was made by the Netherlands Consulate General in Chongqing, Chongqing Broadcasting Group (headquarter) and China Collaborative Innovation Research Center in the Rear areas in the anti-Japanese war.

Metropolitan Library's Public Finance Project Launched

On October 23, the Metropolitan Library's public finance project launched in Chongqing and inaugurated in Bashu middle school. This project is launched by United States Metropolitan Group and the China Friendship Peace and Development Foundation launched and be completed by Metropolitan Life Insurance Fund. The project will provide teachers with books on finance and financial knowledge, advocating social care for the youth fi nancial education.

The public library will be held in Chongqing Nankai middle school, Bashu Secondary school and Lijia middle school.

It was said that the public project has been carried out in four cities in China, including Chongqing,it donated a total of 12 libraries, covering 15,000 the number of teachers and students, which includes financial information, bookshelf, reading books and videos, tables and chairs.

2014 Chongqing-Hong Kong Music Night

October 31, HKCO4U by Hong Kong Chinese Orchestra of young musicians and popular new band called SIU2 brought a spectacular music feast called “hit music” to Chongqing people.

The “hit music” consists of two bands, both traditional and avant-garde, harmony in ancient and modern, traditional folk music mixed with the Western avant-garde jazz, forming a unique style of performing.

It is reported that the concert was held by Hong Kong S.A.R. Government Liaison Offi ce in Chongqing, Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government, it was also the first time they came to the mainland for the performance.
