多種心臟疾病的終末階段或嚴(yán)重期可表現(xiàn)為心力衰竭,這也是造成死亡的重要原因。新生兒心力衰竭的治療重在早期診斷并給予正確的治療,但由于早期心力衰竭發(fā)病隱匿,確診時已多為晚期,治療效果較早期治療顯著下降,因而探尋有效的新生兒心力衰竭早期診斷方法對提高本病的療效具有重要意義[1]。B型腦鈉肽(BNP)屬于機體質(zhì)量要內(nèi)分泌激素,近年來BNP 及其前體 N 端腦鈉肽前體(NT-proBNP)已是公認的反映心功能及診斷成人心力衰竭的特異標(biāo)志物,但關(guān)于新生兒心力衰竭的研究資料較缺乏[2]。本研究探討血漿BNP、NT-proBNP在新生兒心力衰竭治療前后的變化及其意義?,F(xiàn)將研究結(jié)果報道如下。
