Lu Haiyang graduated from Shandong University with the major of law in 1989 and China Academy of Art with the major of Chinese painting in 1998. Then he made advanced training in the studio of Fang Zengxian and Feng Yuan in 2007. He has participated in many exhibitions and some of his artworks won grand prizes. Currently， he is a member of Shandong branch of China Artists Association and a Level 3 senior prosecutor.

呂海洋，1989年畢業(yè)于山東大學法律專業(yè)，1998年結(jié)業(yè)于中國美術(shù)學院中國畫專業(yè)，2007年研修于方增先、馮遠寫意人物工作室。

其國畫《古道悠悠》等8幅作品先后入選由中國美協(xié)主辦的全國性美展；在中國國家畫院于2012年主辦的“荊浩杯——中國畫雙年展”中，作品《涼山古韻》榮獲優(yōu)秀獎?，F(xiàn)系中國美術(shù)家協(xié)會山東分會會員，三級高級檢察官。
