Xinjiang Nonferrous Metals Group has officially presented the following ideas for development in the 12th Five-Year Plan period:“take effective measures such as resource integration, scale expansion, capital operation and technological innovation, etc. to boost the nonferrous metals industry of Xinjiang; by the end of the 12th Five-Year Plan period, achieve annual output of 400,000 tons of copper, 200,000 tons of lead & zinc, 50,000 tons of nickel, 30 tons of gold, 400,000 tons of electrolytic aluminum and aluminum products, 100,000 tons of magnesium and magnesium products, 20,000 tons of lithium salt, 500 tons of lithium, 10,000 tons of mica products, 10,000 tons of silicon carbide, 50,000 tons of various alloys and 600,000 tons of phosphate; assist Xinxin Mining in returning to the A-share market and companies related to gold, rare earth and nonmetals in getting listed, so as to enhance the corporate competitiveness. By the end of the 12th Five-Year Plan period, achieve the goal of RMB 20 billion of total assets, RMB 50 billion of annual sales revenue and RMB 10 billion of annual pre-tax profits; achieve “2 synchronous growths” of employee income, i.e. synchronous growths of corporate development and employee income, synchronous growths of enterprise labor productivity and employee income;double employee income by the end of the 12th Five-Year Planperiod.”
