摘要:該文提出了一種利用幀同步電路進(jìn)行載波頻偏估計的算法。與現(xiàn)有載波頻偏估計方法相比,該算法利用了數(shù)字通信系統(tǒng)中的幀頭信息,無須進(jìn)行復(fù)雜的計算,因而可以節(jié)省資源,降低成本。仿真結(jié)果表明該算法在高階QAM調(diào)制、低信噪比以及大頻偏的惡劣條件下可以較好地估計出載波頻偏。該算法可用于軟件無線電系統(tǒng)中,亦可作為一個IP核嵌入到ASIC電路中。

A frequency-offset Estimating Algorithm Using Frame Synchronization Circuits

Abstract: A novel algorithm using carrier synchronization circuits for the estimation of carrier frequency-offset in high-order QAM modems is proposed. Being different from existing algorithms , it simply uses the frame header information in digital com? munication system and costs less resources and less expensive. the simulation results shows that the carrier frequency-offset can be estimated accurately even in the conditions of high order QAM modulation, low SNR and large frequency-offset. It can be used in SDR systems, or embedded in communication ASIC as a IP core.

頻偏估計是數(shù)字通信系統(tǒng)中載波恢復(fù)環(huán)路的一部分。幀頭檢測電路的輸出數(shù)據(jù)包含了載波頻偏信息。本文提出了一種利用幀頭檢測電路提取頻偏信息的方法。與現(xiàn)有方法相比,該方法的實(shí)現(xiàn)比較簡單,節(jié)省資源。
隨著數(shù)字集成電路運(yùn)算能力以及工作頻率的不斷提高,通信電路中越來越多功能從模擬實(shí)現(xiàn)轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)閿?shù)字實(shí)現(xiàn),這就是現(xiàn)代軟件無線電的發(fā)展方向。按照軟件無線電的模式,一個復(fù)雜的數(shù)字通信系統(tǒng)可以分解為若干功能模塊。本文提出的頻偏估計算法可以作為一個模塊插入到數(shù)字通信系統(tǒng)的載波恢復(fù)電路中。
