Marco Polo Parkside, Beijing Opens New Japanese Restaurant
Marco Polo Parkside, Beijing opened a new Japanese Restaurant, Matsuko, on January 28, 2010.
A traditional Japanese sake ceremony was held at the opening ceremony. Hotel General Manager Henk Meyknecht and Zhan Weiguo, CEO of Matsuko, opened the sake barrel and shared the sake with guests.
In order to celebrate the grand opening of a new Matsuko at Marco Polo Parkside, all diners to the restaurant can enjoy a 20-percent discount for all food items, with the exception of beverages, buffets and other already discounted dishes from January 28 to February 28, 2010. In March 2010, each table of customers can get a complimentary chefrecommended dish during their meal.
Founded in 1992, Matsuko inherits the legacy of traditional Japanese food culture, and creates a new school of Japanese cuisine by mixing Chinese cooking style.
The Japanese restaurant is located on the newly renovated basement foor of Marco Polo Parkside.
