《中國海洋法學評論》稿約

《中國海洋法學評論》(China Oceans Law Review),ISSN:1813-7350,是由上海交通大學凱原法學院海洋法律與政策研究中心、臺灣中山大學海洋事務研究所、香港理工大學董浩云國際海事研究中心以及廈門大學海洋政策與法律研究中心兩岸三地四校聯(lián)合主辦,(香港)中國評論文化有限公司出版的海洋法領域中英雙語對照的優(yōu)秀國際學術(shù)期刊。《中國海洋法學評論》秉承“海納百川,有容乃大”的精神,力求刊發(fā)海內(nèi)外與海洋法律、海洋政策相關的一切研究成果,熱忱歡迎專家學者不吝賜稿,茲立稿約如下:

1、鼓勵英文著述,同一學術(shù)水準稿件,英文著述將優(yōu)先錄用。

2、來稿形式不限,學術(shù)專論、評論、判解研究、譯作等均可,篇幅長短不拘,不考慮稿件作者的身份和以往學術(shù)經(jīng)歷,只有學術(shù)水準和學術(shù)規(guī)范的要求。關于引證規(guī)范,請具體參見尾頁所附之引證體例。

3、來稿須同一語言下未曾在任何紙質(zhì)和電子媒介上發(fā)表。稿件請附中英文注明作者姓名、學位、工作單位及職務、職稱、研究領域和通訊方式等。來稿必復,編輯部在收到來稿兩個月內(nèi)將安排匿名審稿。屆時未接到錄用通知者,作者可自做他用。來稿一律不退,請作者自留底稿。

4、譯作請附寄原文,并附作者或出版者的翻譯書面授權(quán)許可。譯者需保證該譯本未侵犯作者或出版者的任何權(quán)利,并在可能的損害產(chǎn)生時自行承擔損害賠償責任。《中國海洋法學評論》編輯部及其任何成員不承擔由此產(chǎn)生的任何責任。

5、《中國海洋法學評論》歡迎對所刊文章的轉(zhuǎn)載、摘登、翻譯和結(jié)集出版,但應尊重原作者依照《著作權(quán)法》享有的權(quán)利,并在實施轉(zhuǎn)載時注明“轉(zhuǎn)自《中國海洋法學評論》20??年第?期和原作者、譯校者署名,同時書面通知《中國海洋法學評論》編輯部。

6、為擴大本刊及作者知識信息交流渠道,本刊已加入Westlaw China、北大法寶等中外相關數(shù)據(jù)庫,除非作者在來稿時聲明保留,否則即視為同意《中國海洋法學評論》擁有以非專有方式向第三人授予已刊作品電子出版權(quán)、信息網(wǎng)絡傳播權(quán)和數(shù)字化匯編、復制權(quán);和向《中國社會科學文摘》、《高等學校文科學術(shù)文摘》和中國人民大學書報復印資料等文摘類刊物推薦轉(zhuǎn)載已刊作品的權(quán)利。

7、《中國海洋法學評論》實行雙向匿名審稿制度。來稿一經(jīng)刊用,即從優(yōu)支付稿酬,并提供樣書兩冊,無需版面費。

8、凡向《中國海洋法學評論》編輯部投稿,即視為接受本稿約。來稿請寄電子郵箱:colp@sjtu.edu.cn或colr@xmu.edu.cn。為了實現(xiàn)辦公信息化,要求作者必須以電子郵件方式投稿,本刊不再接受紙質(zhì)投稿。

China Oceans Law Review Call For Papers

China Oceans Law Review(COLR—ISSN:1813-7350)is a compilation of research focusing on ocean-related laws and policies.This Chinese-English bilingual journal is jointly hosted by Shanghai Jiao Tong University Center for Oceans Law and Policy,Xiamen University,Hong Kong Polytechnic University and(Taiwan)Sun Yat-sen University and is published semi-annually.Beginning from Summer 2010,COLR is indexed by Westlaw China and Lawinfochina.com.

Papers from all academics and industry practitioners are faithfully respected and welcomed.The agreements for all contributors are as follows:

1.There are no restrictions on the style,idea,perspective or length of the paper.

2.Potential contributors are expected to provide personal information;including your name,degree,occupation,and contact information.

3.Please strictly follow the format for academic writings which can be referred to in the“China Oceans Law Review Writing Format”in the appendix of COLR.

4.If your paper is a translation from other professionals,please attach the original paper and literary authority license from the original publisher.

5.Authors are responsible for the text of their contribution,unless declared otherwise.The editorial office reserves the discretion to edit the textual detail. 6.Submissions are subjected to double-blind peer review within two months of submission.Authors of selected papers will be paid in a lump-sum.Two free copies of sample books will be offered to the author.

7.Submission of an article implies that the authors have read,understood and agreed to the above statements,and has agreed to have their writings be includ-ed and indexed by Westlaw China and Lawinfochina.com.
