作為今年濟(jì)南市政府承諾辦理的12件實(shí)事之一，濟(jì)南市將投資8億元，對(duì)8條河道實(shí)施綜合整治，增強(qiáng)城市防洪能力，河道整治將重點(diǎn)解決市內(nèi)河道水質(zhì)污染，增強(qiáng)城市防洪能力，完善市政設(shè)施配套，提升城市河道沿線景觀。

Jinan City will invest 800 millionyuan in implementing thecomprehensive treatment of eightrivers to enhance the flood controlability of the city. The key points inthe treatment will focus on solvingwater pollution in the rivers.

作為市政府承諾2008年為群眾辦的12件實(shí)事之一，到今年底，濟(jì)南市社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務(wù)將基本實(shí)現(xiàn)全覆蓋，構(gòu)建“15分鐘社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務(wù)圈”。屆時(shí)將會(huì)有更多的社區(qū)居民受益于社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務(wù)。

By the end of this year, throughestablishing the “15-minutescommunity medical service circle,”community medical services willcover all areas of Jinan. At thattime, more community residents willbenefit from the community medicalservice.

民俗風(fēng)情旅游節(jié)烘托起濃濃的年味兒，滑雪游市場(chǎng)首次成為春節(jié)游的“絕對(duì)主力”，電視劇《闖關(guān)東》引來了省內(nèi)各城市游客，泉城旅游市場(chǎng)憑著這“三把火”，旅游總收入達(dá)到了5.39億元，比去年同期增長(zhǎng)15.09％，創(chuàng)濟(jì)南市春節(jié)假日旅游黃金周以來最高紀(jì)錄，The revenues from the tourism marketof Jinan hit 539 million yuan, anincrease of 15.09 over that of the sameperiod of the previous year, thuscreating a new record for the goldenweek of the Spring Festival period inJinan City.

山東省旅游接待，旅游收入創(chuàng)春節(jié)黃金周新高，據(jù)省統(tǒng)計(jì)部門調(diào)查測(cè)算，黃金周7天，全省接待游客612.9萬人次，同比增長(zhǎng)16.9％：旅游收入38.3億元人民幣，同比增長(zhǎng)23.6％，黃金周期間，全省31個(gè)重點(diǎn)旅游景區(qū)監(jiān)測(cè)點(diǎn)接待游客112.99萬人次，同比增長(zhǎng)0.84％，門票收入293SS2萬元，同比增長(zhǎng)17.48％。

The tourism volume and tourismincome from the gold week of SpringFestival period created new records inShandong Province.During the sevendays of holidays,the whole provincereceived 6.129 tourists,and therevenues from tourism hit 3.83 billionyuan.

濟(jì)南市《關(guān)于調(diào)整全市最低工資標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的通知》已正式出臺(tái)。從今年起，濟(jì)南市內(nèi)歷下區(qū)，市中區(qū)，槐蔭區(qū)，天橋區(qū)，歷城區(qū)五區(qū)的非全日制就業(yè)勞動(dòng)者小時(shí)最低工資標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為7.7元，月最低工資標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為760元。

Starting from this year,within thefive districts of Jinan City,theminimum payment per hour for thepart-time employees will be 7.7yuan, and the minimum monthlysalary will be 760 yuan.

從2008年1月1日起，濟(jì)南市五區(qū)失業(yè)人員每月失業(yè)保險(xiǎn)金上調(diào)40元，市中區(qū)，天橋區(qū)、歷下區(qū)、槐蔭區(qū)，歷城區(qū)由340元提高至每人每月380元，長(zhǎng)清區(qū)、章丘市、平陰縣由300元提高至335元；濟(jì)陽縣、商河縣由現(xiàn)行26.7元提高至300元。

Starting from January 1,2008,theunemployment insurance forunemployed people within the fivedistricts of Jinan City will increase by40 yuan every month.

■奧體中心

目前，濟(jì)南奧體文博片區(qū)各項(xiàng)工程項(xiàng)目建設(shè)進(jìn)展順利，奧體文博片區(qū)已初具雛形。作為奧體文博片區(qū)建設(shè)的重頭戲，奧體場(chǎng)館工程進(jìn)展順利。體育館，游泳館，網(wǎng)球館鋼結(jié)構(gòu)吊裝施工基本完成，內(nèi)部砌體完成90％以上。

At present,construction of the various engineering projects forthe area of the Olympic Sports Center and Cultural IndustryFair has been progressing smoothly. The initial scale for theareas has been established. As a key point of this area,construction of the Olympic gyms is going smoothly.

■山師東路

元宵節(jié)后，山師東路改造工程正式開工，山師東路改造屬于該區(qū)“百日工程”建設(shè)，開王后力爭(zhēng)在100個(gè)工作日內(nèi)從拆遷到建設(shè)全面完成。除了對(duì)山師東路的改造，歷下區(qū)將繼續(xù)抓好歷山東路的路面施工和兩側(cè)規(guī)劃建設(shè)，這項(xiàng)工作在5月底前完成，

After the Lantern Festival,the renovation engineering ofShanshi East Road will be formally started.Therenovation of this road is a “one hundred-day project,”which means that within 100 days,from removal to

construction, all work concerned will be completed.

■保泉特區(qū)

今年濟(jì)南市保泉形勢(shì)依然嚴(yán)峻，作為泉水的重要補(bǔ)給區(qū)。南部山區(qū)將作為“特區(qū)”全面保護(hù)，“南控”紅線也不再后退，同時(shí)，水利部門將盡早用黃河水，明水泉水，地表水和未來南水北調(diào)納長(zhǎng)江水作為水源，聯(lián)合調(diào)度，As an important area to replenish spring water for Jinan,the southern mountain area will be fully protected as a“special zone.” Meanwhile, as early as possible, thedepartment responsible for water conservancy will utilizewater from the Yellow River.surface water, and that fromthe Yangtze River in the future Project of River WaterDiversion from southern to northern China.

■綠化建設(shè)

據(jù)市林業(yè)局發(fā)布的消息，今年濟(jì)南市確定荒山綠化工程，退耕還林(果)，平原綠化工程，綠色通道建設(shè)，“創(chuàng)綠色家園，建富裕新村”建設(shè)等五大造林綠化行動(dòng)項(xiàng)目，加快生態(tài)建設(shè)步伐。

This year,Jinan City has determined five afforestation andgreening projects,including greening the barrenmountains,returning farmland to forest,greening plains,green ways construction and“establishing green homes,building up rich villages.”

■迎春會(huì)

1月27日，中共濟(jì)南市委，市政府舉行的全市企業(yè)家迎春茶話會(huì)，來自全市制造業(yè)，服務(wù)業(yè)，貿(mào)易業(yè)，高科技產(chǎn)業(yè)以及建筑、房產(chǎn)等各行各業(yè)的企業(yè)家代表圍繞著全市經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)又好又快發(fā)展的主題發(fā)表了演講，為全市經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的發(fā)展獻(xiàn)計(jì)獻(xiàn)策。

On January 27,the CPC Jinan Municipal Committee andJinan Municipal Government held a spring welcoming teaparty for entrepreneurs throughout the City to solicitadvice on the economic and social development of thewhole city.

■創(chuàng)名牌

2007年，濟(jì)南市實(shí)施質(zhì)量興市和名牌戰(zhàn)略步伐加快，全市共有7家企業(yè)的8個(gè)產(chǎn)品被評(píng)為“中國(guó)名牌”；21家企業(yè)的24種產(chǎn)品被評(píng)為“山東名牌”，兩家企業(yè)獲得“山東省服務(wù)名牌”稱號(hào)，全市擁有中國(guó)名牌產(chǎn)品17個(gè)，山東省名牌產(chǎn)品117個(gè)，山東省服務(wù)名牌1B個(gè)。

In 2007,Jinan City implemented the strategy ofinvigorating the city by quality and creating famousbrands. Nowadays,the whole city has 17 Chinese famousbrands,117 Shandong provincial famous brands,and 18Shandong provincial famous service brands.
