With changes of China'seconomic environment and needsfor adjusting and upgrading industrialstructure, the development ofthe textile and apparel industry inEast China has been increasinglyrestricted by a series of factors,such as the rising labor cost, theshortage of land resources, andthe conflicts in raw materials andmarket supply and demand, and soon. Thus, an internal requirement forChina's textile and apparel industryappears that the industry has totransfer from the Eastern part to theCentral and Western part of China.
